This is the best Auto Parts Store I’ve ever been in. The gentleman that work there are helpful but also hilarious and the witty banter is never in short supply. It’s a great local shop and I always look forward to my visits there.

Had a hydraulic line break and needed a new fitting. These guys are very helpful , knowledgeable and friendly! Only took 5-10 mins to fix the hose .These guys were a pleasure to chat with while we waited. I Would definitely recommend and will be returning to them for any of my NAPA needs!

Don't order online. The store isn't aware they do delivery to your house. They delivered parts, and all of them were wrong. Napa is usually good about getting the right part. The staff at this location is good no real complaints. They could be a little friendlier... so solemn.

Literally called today at 11:40 phone was answered by a male who stated to please hold. I held for 25 minutes total. The phone was then picked up and disconnected. I called back and of course no answer. Talk about customer service!

This is a perfect example of the older generation having a higher level of knowledge, professionalisim and customer service. The staff there is mainly older gentlemen. Each one is very knowledgable and helpful. All the competitors not only in the area all over Florida have a bunch of kids that aren't trained properly (Advanced Auto half the staff can't operate there computer system!!!) , have no product knowledge and certainly have no customer service ability. Its an absolute pleasure to go in and come right out with what you need because its a well managed staff of professionals and get treated like a VIP! I will never shop at another auto parts store in the area again. Anyone that goes frequently knows exactly what I am talking about. Thank you for helping me believe that there are still good auto parts stores on earth and polite professional people! I will see you guys soon! Thank you and keep up the phenominal work!!!

The staff is so friendly and helpful here we actually try to think of things we need just to visit lol. Their selection is great and a visit there always makes our day!

Very helpful staff but they are definitely out of space. Aisles are packed with product and makes it difficult to get around inside the store. They seemed to be having system issues when I was there, they finally were able to get me checked out. They did help me get my case of DEF to the car.
