On 12/14/24, the guy at the pay station sprayed bug spray on my grill without even asking. It ruined my grill - it has permanent marks on it. When I saw this happening, I jumped out of my car to wipe off the spray while the guy (and others) stood around and watched. No one even helped wipe off the bug spray that had just ruined my grill. Wow… Then, I filed a claim, pictures were taken, and now crickets. I have not heard a word from this company even though the incident report said I’d hear from them within 3 days (it’s been 23 days at the time of writing).

Scratched the he double hockey sticks out of the top of my truck. I very nicely mentioned it to them and I was met with violent hostility. Very nasty attitude. They do not take care of the cloth that spins on the rollers. The cloth gets old and hard and starts scratching vehicles. A little maintenance and this would not happen. Would love to upload photos but they will only allow you to upload if you have a google photo account. Quite malicious! OH ya that
[email protected] is an absolute joke. There is nothing there to help with a damaged vehicle it is just a bunch of sales nothing that actually helps.

I tried it for the first time. Usually I like to wash my car myself but I was tired. My car was dirty. And the car wash was handy. Got a clean car for a good price. I will go back!

They sign you up for a membership without your knowledge and then make it impossible to cancel! You can’t cancel online even though it’s an option… everytime I click cancel it gives error and you have to contact care team that takes 3 days to reply. SCAM

My husband bought the membership for two of our cars. It's a waste if money. The rotating, drying side and top units rarely work. Yesterday I noticed the side units have been taken out. The back end of a car doesn't come clean. I only use this place out of convenience. Not happy with the job the car wash does though.

Platinum package. Wheel shine on 1/2 of the tires. Vacuums had very low pressure.

The prices are outrageous after their latest price update. Who's paying $30+ for a drive-thru carwash? Not me! And you're supposed to tip? Tip what? The people out there helping me push a button and swipe my card? This place is a joke

I liked the fact that they had the machine that cleaned your floor mats. They no longer have that service. They took them out.
