“I can’t recommend Mail Express highly enough. If I could give ten stars I would. They offer the same services provided by UPS stores and pricing is competitive. What truly sets them apart is that they are independently owned, and the owners are focused on careful packing for shipment and customer service.I had a very bad experience shipping an antique chest with a UPS store I thought I could trust. Even though I explained it was an antique that had survived Hurricane Andrew and had personal value, the chest was put in a box with no padding of any kind without the box even being labeled fragile. Of course the chest arrived in pieces and I never was able to get a response from the UPS store owner despite multiple attempts.My experience with Mail Express couldn’t have been more different. They understood the bookcase I was shipping was not only an antique but had personal meaning for both me and my daughter. They invited me to the back to watch them pack, encouraged me to take pictures of the packing process to reassure my daughter and carefully marked the outside of the box to facilitate careful handling. The bookcase arrived quickly and with no damage of any kind. They followed up to be sure it arrived safely. They take pride in the services they provide and it certainly shows. Again, it’s the owner commitment that made the difference and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I certainly won’t ship anywhere else again.”
