Purchased a gun there before the hurricane and was told it would be a 3 day wait. The hurricane came and I never was able to pick up my weapon due to them being closed. During that time my home was damaged by a tree. I asked them since I haven’t picked my gun up yet if I could just have a return due to my deductible being high and in a money crisis. He told us yes but charge us a “restocking” fee for a gun I never picked up. They had no compassion, no remorse, making fun of me for not trimming a tree ahead of time… I was so hurt that a small business in my hometown wouldn’t care. So in turn I had to pay a 15% fee for a weapon I had never received . Sad that this small business doesn’t care, and people wonder why small business aren’t supported enough…

Hands down the best firearms shopping experience that I have ever had. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. The customer experience is orders of magnitude better than you will find at any big box store or other firearms retailer. Don't let the size of the store fool you. They maintain an awesome and surprisingly diverse selection of firearms, ammunition, and accessories.

Mark,Alex and Mario are all great guys I’ve been going to them for years for anything from basic questions to ammunition and accessories such as triggers,optics,mags etc,they are local and their prices in my opinion are fair,I’d rather buy from them then I would some large company like shooters world.

For all the stupid people who made negative comments…federal law restricts selling to drug users…sonif you smell like pot…you wont get a gun…plus, guns are not like underwear…cant return them for a refund…

I’d take your business elsewhere, these people will refuse to transfer you a firearm because the way you smell. A good friend got off work and works at a medical marijuana grow, he doesn’t use and they didn’t even let him get to the 4473.

Denied a good friend of mine the ability to even fill out 4473 just because of how he smelled. He purchased a firearm and had it shipped there.

The guys that work there are rude and unprofessional. They profiled me right when I walked in and refused to even let me fill out a background check to pick up my firearm. Truly an awful business.

I speak for many when I say using common sense when buying/selling firearms is important. These people have none.
