We cant get them to answer the phone or call us back. We have moved and have tried emailing the agent, the president, leaving voicemails, etc.
No one picks up at any of the offices.

What ever happened to buy what you need, instead of you buy what we want you to have !I have never had a insurance claim thank goodness, I don't ever want to go through that hell trying to get a insurance company to pay me for damages to my home. Even after I bought what I didn't need. I really only wanted to buy a policy that would cover half what my home is worth. I feel that if the insurance company wants me to cover all of the deductibles of my policy, I feel that I'm able to cover the rest of my expenses. I'm not destitute and dependent upon an insurance policy if my home is damaged. Insurance is a gamble ie I'm gambling that nothing will happen & the insurance company is gambling that nothing will happen. But thank you for letting me know that the insurance commissioner of Florida made the rule that I have to buy Full replacement coverage!

Me: is this Hillcrest Insurance
Hillcrest: Yes it is <-- With ATTITUDE of your bothering me now go away.
me: if this is how you answer the phone then have a good day and bye.
I hung up after that.
I am a dave ramsey fan and believe in his ELP program and have used it before but it has never started off this way.
To whom ever answered the the phone i apologize for hanging up on you and i hope you have a better day and i will take my business else where.

This family owned and run company really cares about their customers. When I needed help finding the right insurance plan, their agent not only got me her quotes, but found quotes from three other companies they don't carry so I'd see what was available. How awesome! They are amazing.
