I’ve been a member for over a year now, I love it. Clean, staff is friendly, plenty of options regarding machines, and the best part is the ladies fitness room! I always feel comfortable and it’s a very spacious gym so even when it’s busy it doesn’t feel crowded. Parking is the only downside during the busier times during the day like early morning or right after work.

Been coming to this gym on and off for several years now. Equipment is good, classes are decent except for the fact that you don’t have any later in the evening. For those of us that Work and can’t get here by the times that you offer classes for. But the reason for the two star rating is your staff. The ones that work at the front desk, Cheyenne in particular. They’re just horribly rude all the time. I asked the question of why the Wi-Fi password is not posted throughout the gym to prevent us from having to stop our work out and walk all the way to the front desk to get it. She abruptly said I don’t know. I asked her if she could find out. She seemed very irritated, and said OK. No warmth, no glad to see you because you’re paying my paycheck by being a member here. She’s not the only one. There are several of the gentleman here that are the same way. Over the years, I’ve noticed that that’s been the natural disposition for the people at the front desk. But Cheyenne in particular Was a member of planet fitness at one time and she was nowhere near as nasty as she is now. There needs to be some customer service training for the front desk staff. We want to feel welcomed, not a nuisance. Sorry Fitness CF, want to rank you higher, but it feels terrible when someone’s not kind to you especially in a customer facing role. Thanks for listening.

I love coming here. It’s always clean. The staff are always nice. It offers more than one machine of the same muscle group. My kids love the child care area because it’s big and spacious.

Very clean and friendly workout environment. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. A wide selection of equipment to choose from. A great setting to assist one in attaining their workout goals.

i just wish the tight and revealing clothing policy was more enforced. really doesn’t help those struggling with body dysmorphia but i understand it’s for showing off gains:/

Sent me to collections for $176 after I moved out of state. I tried multiple times to cancel prior to moving and after the move, but good luck getting anyone to help with that process. They bill through a third party and make it impossible to navigate their website.

I'm very happy with the Gym, the equipment, and the people. Nice separate sections for the ladies who prefer privacy, like my wife. My wife would like more Yoga classes. Late mornings. Early afternoons. And more Marengue music in the Zumba Classes.

Classic gym, has a lot of perks and equipment. I don't have many complaints except the water. All the fountains taste and smell like some water from Flint Michigan. Same with the showers but even worse like sewage water. Conveniently they sell a ton if beverages for a good chunk of $$. You can't move things around without getting yelled at such as a stepping stool out of the squat rack room. Staff generally don't care and lack professionalism. It's also a hassle getting equipment from the front desk.

I have been a member over 1 year. Been weightlifting over 20 years. This is the best gym I have ever been part of. They are constantly re investing in new equipment. I love using the Sauna and the facilities are always clean. A staff member once gave me a hard time for squatting without shoes on. I was upset for a little because it’s the only way I can squat pain free. However, they were just doing their job and they are very reasonable. The price is incredible for what you are getting. My wife does CrossFit at another gym and it’s fun to go from time to time, but FitnessCF has almost all of the same equipment for a fraction of the price. I highly recommend FitnessCF Mount Dora , the place is tremendous and has every piece of equipment I could ever need. Thank you Fitness CF!

Staff is very careful about keeping the gym clean and they are also very helpful and friendly.I enjoy the yoga classes and using the equipment to stay in shape.

This gym really lost a lot of life once it became a fitness cf. no more guest passes are kinda crazy. I’m guessing most positive reviews are from people who never attended golds gym here. But yeah the commercialization really just took away more features if anything. No more cardio theater. The improvements are quite minimal and not really anything other than the sign changing. Basically they’re just charging more for less.Edit 1: the attempt to discredit my statements by claiming I’ve never been a member is quite sad and should be taken as the club acknowledging the points I’ve made carry some weight. The odd need to flex about a huge investment when in reality the gym itself was ultimately not that changed after rebranding. In fact I remember on socials the claim “same gym new name” being used. Also the guest pass claim is cope. Memberships used to offer the ability to bring a new guest each time with an exchange of their information which was phased out and the prices increased along with the couples membership taking the place. Instead of trying to discredit you can actually acknowledge the short comings of this establishment. I’d say value for money you’re better off going with planet fitness black card.

Love this gym! Going daily has changed my life - improved my marriage, my parenting, and my mental, physical, and emotional heath. The real MVPs are the daycare ladies! They go above and beyond. I've never left my babies before but the staff made us feel comfortable and they take great care of my girls, they love going every morning. I was really anxious over leaving them at first but I can see what they are doing in the daycare center on the tv screens around the gym. CF is a nice, clean gym with all diverse people working out at different fitness levels - young to very old! Great massage and sauna amenities, and clean spacious showers and locker room. I go every morning now and it sets the tone for a great day! Such a great deal, very inexpensive membership for all the amenities offered!
