This is absolutely the best and most trusting company ever. If I EVER need anything I will come her. I had accidentally zelled them $900 (no idea how!!!) and instead of keeping it like most people would- they sent it back and were sooooo sweet about it. Faith in humanity restored.

Received flowers for a celebration of life and they looked like a hot mess - a loving jester that left the sender mortified when they saw them at the service. I would not recommend using this florist, the arrangement was nothing like what was shown, poorly designed and looked like someone just grabbed a bunch of flowers and greenery and threw them in a vase.

I received a beautiful bouquet on Tuesday for my birthday. Sadly, the flowers are already dying in the arrangement after only two days. I would have expected them to last longer; they have plenty of water. Very disappointed and will tell my son to order from someone else next time. I'm sure this wasn't an inexpensive arrangement. The flowers my husband bought at Publix still look fresh and vibrant.

The Mother’s Day flowers my brother sent to our mother were sadly wilted when they were delivered on Saturday. By the next day, Mother’s Day, the roses were shriveled and dead. I left an email with out concerns, but never heard from anyone.

Called this place to get my mother flowers for mothers day, spoke with eva and she was extremely rude and unprofessional, go to Claudia's Pearl Florist 100 times nicer & cheaper!

Thank you Eva's Creations! After three tries from other stores claiming they had succulents only to have three cancellations, I placed the order with Eva's Creations. To my mother's delight, she received a big, beautiful planter of a variety of healthy succulents for her house warming. BEWARE-other florists claim they are local but are really remote 800 numbers with no local store that includes Patricias Petals and Terry's Florist. The latter is not to be confused with local Terri's Eustis Flower Shop who were nice but out of stock. Eva's Creations will be my go-to for flowers and plants in the Mount Dora area.

I live in Michigan and My Mom lives in Mount Dora, FL. I got in a pinch when I realized it was My Mom's Birthday and I hadn't sent her anything. I called this shop late in the day and they were extremely friendly and willing to put in a late order and deliver it to My Mom that same day even though their delivery truck was already out. They saved Me from looking like a bad daughter! Lol. I truly appreciate and recommend them!! Also, My Mom sent Me a picture and the flowers were beautiful.

Wow! Eva of Eva's Creations is 10 stars, but Google only allows 5. The one-of-a-kind Florida bass arrangement she created for our brother's memorial service was spot on, capturing his outdoorsman spirit. We're out of state and she kept us informed from design to completion. Even texted us photos. Fresh flowers, tasteful design and an extra sentimental touch. .. Thank you Eva. Knowledgable, kind and going the extra mile.. I'm sure you'll be pleased when you order from Eva!
