“My experience with Self-Help Credit Union:
I met Herbie in Ocala and mentioned I was looking for a car loan. He told me he was the manager at a credit union and gave me all the information I needed to buy a car. He helped me through the process, and I was approved and received a loan approval letter.
When I got to the dealership, I ended up financing through an out of state bank because they offered a lower interest rate. I thought Herbie might be upset since he had invested time in helping me, but to my surprise, he was genuinely happy that I got the car I needed. His professionalism, energy, and positive attitude were exactly the same as on day one.
