Lisa and her team took care of our fury babies and we couldn’t be happier with their service. They were patient with our picky eater and even sat down with her while she ate to make sure she ate. We got daily updates from them with pictures. They were amazing and we will definitely be calling them again.

We've been using Biscuit Time for the past two years after moving to the area from out of state, and I am so glad we found them! Lisa puts so much care and effort into her clients and their pets, and all of the sitters are phenomenal. We've used many other pet sitters over the years when we lived in other areas, and they all pale in comparison to the level of service we receive from Biscuit Time. On our most recent trip, we had a small hiccup that Lisa assisted me with very quickly even though she was dealing with a devastating personal issue at the time. I am consistently blown away by her dedication, and I am so grateful for Biscuit Time for putting our minds at ease while we are traveling. I always know my kitties are in amazing hands when Biscuit Time is involved!

Lisa and all her pet sitters are amazing. I wouldn’t trust my baby’s with anyone else. They are very reliable and flexible with dates. It you need people who will take wonderful care of your pets you have found them.

We have been using Biscuit Time walkers Paul and Frank for our dog walks daily over the past 2 years. They are so compassionate and truly LOVE our pup and treat her like a human. They send the best pictures and my pup looks for them everyday. So many last minute walks were accommodated. You will not go wrong by using their services.

I found this amazing service on the Next Door app, and couldn't be happier. Lisa came through for me at the last minute and I couldn't be more thrilled. Vicki was dependable (She came twice a day!), trustworthy, professional, and a wonderful "mama" to my "baby" while i was away. I was sent twice daily updates with pics. The entire experience made my trip away from home so much more enjoyable knowing Vicki was taking care of my cat. She went above and beyond. Instead of boarding I will definitely use Biscuit Time in the future. I'm so thankful I found them!

Lisa and the Biscuit Time team are truly the best in the business! If you're looking for a qualified, honest, professional company to handle all of your pet needs Lisa and her team are the perfect choice. As a retired police officer I don't put my trust in just anyone, but Lisa has the keys to my house and I have never felt more safe and at peace when we're out of town and our pets need care.

Biscuit Time are lifesavers! I had an unexpected injury while my husband was out of town and they were able to take care of my pups on short notice, no problem. With all the worries I had, I was so relieved to know that the boys were being so well taken care of. They even brought treats when I ran out, and offered to pick me up any items I might have needed from the store. They are a wonderful, caring and kind group of people! I've never trusted anyone with my babies before, but Biscuit Time has my full confidence. When we went to NYC for the holidays, they checked in with is after every walk and even texted photos of our happy pups. I highly recommend Biscuit Time. They not only care about your animals but also their clients as well.

Hello, my name is Annie and I have a hard time trusting people, especially when it comes to others handling my dog. I actually met Lisa at a get together, prior to using Biscuit Time. She's one of those genuine, no nonsense kind of girls, which is rare to find. Fast forward to six months later, I found myself stressing over walking my dog with my insane work schedule. I didn't even have to think twice about calling Lisa. She did a walk thru at my house, met with Duke (he loves her so much!) and I gave her all the info she needed. What's great about Lisa and her company is that either she or her staff updates me via text after each walk. I appreciate that so much. But the best part is how happy my pup is. When I come home, he's a bit more excited as if he's telling me he had a visitor during the day. Another thing that makes me happy is that Duke runs into Lisa and staff through out the neighborhood and he recognizes them! I feel at ease knowing that Biscuit Time is there for me and Duke. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

I love these guys! They have been taking care of my Beagle, Toby, for about 6 to 8 months now when I travel out of town for work. Toby loves all of their people. You can't go wrong with these guys!!

Biscuit Time Pet Sitting has been walking and or sitting for our pet, multiple times a day, for about a year with perfect attention to our dog, Willie! Willie is going on 18 years old and, as you can imagine, pretty set in his ways. (Can't be taught new tricks at this age!) Thankfully, Lisa and crew are patient and able, caring and kind. Never have to worry when we are away. Stops to smell every 2 feet during his walk, no problem. Wants to push his food bowl around and hide it under a rug or stool, no problem. Wants water to be left in the shower to drink, no problem. Too tired to walk back and needs to be put in his doggie stroller, no problem. Lisa and crew are trustworthy and terrific and have become our good friends! Took the time to learn every nuance and work well with Willie! As good as it gets!
