From day one CJ, Dr Peter, and a different tech was there at the time but now they have Katie. I cannot express to you how good these people are they care for their patients and they care for each and individual person that speaks volumes if you need a pharmacy to go to that you can trust I would recommend 100% Mid Florida Pharmacy. No long waits they are always courteous and have your best interest in heart!! Thank you cj, Dr Peter and Katie for all of your professionalism and discreet Mr medications that you provide to us, your patience. Been filling prescriptions here for over a year. The staff is friendly and professional. CJ takes care of any questions you may have and let's you know if you need refills. Short wait times. I have had many problems in past with filling my pain meds. They have been very understanding and fill them on days that are due. I appreciate them for this. They call you by name. Treat you with respect. Only pharmacy in MT Dora area worth getting prescriptions filled. Thanks to CJ and all the staff. Jason J.

from day 1, this pharmacy has been right on. i used to goto walmart and there was a particular med i ran out of had the new script and i am dependant on this for severe pain. they told me after going there atleast 2 years that that partcular med, they were out of i said "ok, when you going to have it in??" he said not till next thursday, they knew they should have had it....... i was a longtime patient of theirs. anyways, i began calling aroud, a lot of them wouldn't fill it being what it is, i called benzer no questions asked. from day one they were there to help me, and that they did!! also they are fast!!! your not waiting 1/2 hr-45 mins!!!maybe 10-15 mins you have your scripts filled!!!! best pharmacy in lake or marion county!!! love you guys cj, dr. peter, and i forget her name so embarassing..... sorry... dalton (if he is still there) ----- a patient of benzer pharmacy, and thank god i found this little diamond in the rough!!!

I have not had my prescriptions filled at Benzer Pharmacy YET because after my conversation with their pharmacist CJ, I may switch from my usual pharmacy (one of the major chains). I have NEVER been treated so well when I’ve called or gone into a pharmacy to ask some questions. I felt compelled to write a review so I can share my experience with any other people who are tired of being treated like they don’t matter and being dealt with as quickly as possible and then sent on their way. People who would prefer their pharmacist to be one who undoubtedly cares about every person that calls or comes into their pharmacy, where the people working there treat you with respect and kindness and always have time for you, and Benzer is the one. I could not believe how incredibly kind, smart, helpful, and understanding the pharmacist CJ was. It was, by far, the best I have ever been treated by a pharmacist. I called Benzer Pharmacy to see if they had a particular migraine medication that my doctor had prescribed that my usual pharmacy did not have. I spoke with CJ and I could not believe how wonderful he was... I had called a bunch of other pharmacies after my regular pharmacy did not have this medication available. Every call to every other pharmacy was pretty much the same. You know, the usual drill... they answer the phone and you ask them if they have this medication, then before you can ask them anything else they are saying bye and hanging up. I understand that pharmacies are busy and I was used to that kind of interaction/treatment over the phone so that is why I was so pleasantly surprised and impressed when I spoke with CJ. After answering my question about whether they had my prescription in stock, he did not rush to get off of the phone with me like all the others did. This is what he did; he asked if there was anything else that he could help me with. I told him yes I do have questions but I did not want to hold him up and keep him on the phone. Then he said that he had time to answer all of my questions- and he did. I can’t say enough great things about CJ and Benzer Pharmacy. He even went way above and beyond and discussed my migraine issues with me and provided me with information I would never have gotten from any other pharmacy. I think he was on his lunch break but that didn’t stop him. He wanted to make sure that he helped me, and he really did. He took the time to discuss the severity of my migraines and the fact that it is no longer safe for me to take the triptan meds for my debilitating migraines (I’ve most recently been on Imitrex). It is nearly impossible to find a migraine medication that is not potentially dangerous to anyone at risk for heart problems or stroke, and if you are also experiencing severe migraines and the frustration that the only medications that are available carry those dangerous warnings then you get it... and it doesn’t matter what health issues or concerns you have because they will treat you better than the other pharmacies. While we were on the phone, he voluntarily searched for any migraine meds that would be safe for me to take, I did not even need to ask him to do this. Without sharing the rest of the details about my situation, because that is not the point, I want to say that if you are looking for an extremely smart pharmacist who will go the extra mile for a stranger and truly cares for every single person (and will always have time for you), then please believe me when I say you will not find another pharmacy with this kind of care and concern for everyone. I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience with CJ was, or thank him enough for renewing my faith in pharmacists. I hope this helps anyone who would love to have a pharmacy where you will be treated with the respect and care that most other pharmacies lack in this day and age. If you want the best then call or go to Benzer Pharmacy! And a special thank you to CJ for all of your help and kindness- it means more than you know!!!

Friendly staff.They do offer delivery for prescriptions.Limited variety of (over the counter products) usually found in pharmacies.I have experienced outages and delays of prescription availability.

The best Pharmacy ever! CJ THE MANAGER takes time with you making sure he can accommodate you as a customer. They're a pharmacy that makes you feel like you did when people mattered, instead of just a number in a big box store! They work with you to find the best price available to you as a patient. Also, can you believe this they deliver at no extra cost! Love this place!

We have been customers of Benzer Pharmacy Mount Dora for over 5 yrs. We really like the staff there and the Manager CJ is always there to help with any questions or concerns we may have...I would recommend them to anyone.
