This is the second time of have a bad experience. I don't like being told since I'm not buying a car today and I'm needing to make a sale that we are done cause we are closing and this place doesn't close till 8pm and it was 6:50 in the afternoon. Will you just lost a customer will never buy another vehicle form you.

My husband, and I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler from Advantage CDJR. Buying a car is very stressful, and although there was back, and forth on the price, and options I left feeling that I got a solid deal on a great car.
Mr. Ron Stepp was our salesman, and he was extremely helpful/knowledgeable on the whole process. He did whatever it took to make us happy and get us on the road in our new car.

2024- Enrique called two years later from the point of sale (today) and just "checked-in". Changing the 1 star to a 5 simply because after two years, I am over the negative experience and left with thoughts of impeccable customer service and follow through... Way to go Enrique!!
2022-The sales associate Enrique, has amazing customer service. His potential is too good for this auto group, Advantage. Elliott has too much on his plate at home to be bothered with needy customers as I would assume most are in need when buying a vehicle.
From Day one, the manager and back offices have dropped the ball and now have washed their hands of the issues at hand.
They lost the signed forms from the sales, which prolonged the process and had to have ME overnight the paperwork, they did not submit everything correctly which in-turn caused me to have have someone overnight the inspection report 2 weeks later and finally they didn't file a neccessary form while requesting my out of state tag and now I am driving on expired Temp tags and everybody except ENRIQUE could care less. Now I have to again, on my time and dime , go to the DMV WAIT and request for another tag. If everything was done properly we would have never lost the time that we did. This is entirely frustrating and disappointing.

Bait and Switch Big Time! I reached out to Advantage Chrysler about a Jeep Grand Cherokee they had for sale and spoke to a salesperson named Rafael Faria. He asked me about rebates that I did not qualify for. And I also let him know that I would be a cash buyer without a trade. We went back and forth a couple of times and agreed on a price. He sent me a text with an image of an agreement with that price. The agreement stated the charges for all items including taxes and tags. I drove two hours to the dealership and went on a quick test drive. Then I waited for 2 hours for the "paperwork". After that wait, two of the sales managers came out to tell me that the price was $2,000 more for the vehicle. Needless to say I walked. Do not even think of purchasing a vehicle from Rafael Faria or this company. Rafael acted like he had no idea this was coming. He is a crook just like his bosses. I finally purchased the exact same car from an honest Jeep Dealer that was straight with me for the entire process.

I was selling my Rubicon and Advantage Dodge offered to meet and even beat my best price. I honestly discussed the condition and shared photos of my vehicle with Aliana, and she gave me their price over the phone. After Ridge inspected the vehicle, they honored our deal. While the process was slightly more complicated, I must say Aliana was always in contact making sure I was aware of the comings and goings of our deal. Aliana and Ridge with Advantage, made this process simple and easy, with no haggling as they honored and gave me the best price. I would work with them again in a heartbeat!

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a dealership, and I was trying to be reasonable!
After Enrique the salesperson mentioned they had a trade in special going on, the manager came out and offered me BOTTOM dollar for my trade.
Enrique smirked as if it was funny - I wasn’t trying to be unreasonable at all, KBB had my trade valued at $13,500 - $15,500 and they offered me $11,000 for it! This was after Enrique brought up the trade in promotion???
Then they tried to quote me at 10% APR after I told them I was using my credit union!
The definition of a sleezy car dealership. Stay away from this place. As someone who worked in the business, these guys are as bad as it gets.

I had the opportunity to visit this dealership recently and I couldn't be happier with the customer service and professionalism of everyone.
Raphael Faria,Zack Bell, and Mark went further and beyondfor going above and beyond to accustom my requests .
Definitely recommend everyone to come here for honesty and professionalism.

My Mercury Grand Marquis (kids call it my old man car) has 144k miles on it. I brought it to Advantage for a fuel pump, fuel filter and rear brakes. The service was wonderful. Everyone was polite, the price was fair, and the work was done exactly when Dana, the Service Advisor, said it would be. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Absolute crooks & liars working at this service department. Worst customer service we have ever experienced and after having our vehicle for going on 13 days now, we have a ridiculously outrageous bill for minimum work done and a vehicle that is still not fixed which we now have to take somewhere else because all trust has been broken. I am completely appalled at the "service" we have experienced here. We have been loyal Dodge customers for years & have been to many of the dealerships in the central Florida area. This one has by far been the worst. Do not trust them to honestly repair your vehicles!
