Called to see if they had or sold what I was looking for, before I made the trip. A clerk said "yes we do".MY BADI guess I should have asked her if she saw this item at the time of the call, because an hour later I couldn't find it, so I asked the clerk who went and looked and found none.Not happy. Made that trip for nothing ?

I went to buy make up last week . my experience was WONDERFUL, Stacy helped me , she was so pleasant and helpful! she knows how to give Great customer service, super profesional . I have never experience this kind of kindness and professionalism in a Family dollar . she really made me want to come back and shop there more often. Thank you Stacy you are a Jewel!!

There were some white floaty things at the bottom of some mountain dew. When reported to the manager she said, I don't drink mountain dew anyway and she left it on the shelves for others to drink. I made sure every customer in the store that was there know about it.
