OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! Our jeep broke down and they were able to get us in same day for the repair!!! And the price was extremely reasonable!!! Friendly people and they dropped us off at the camp ground at our camper and came out to pick us up again when the jeep was done!!! Thank you!!!

We were traveling from Webster, FL to Ozark, AL and my tire blew out at 3 pm on a Friday. We have run flat tires that no one had in stock. They went to Tallahassee to get us a tire and back on our way to my son’s Homecoming Football game. I appreciate the kindness they showed towards us.

Their road service team of Tony & Devin saved us! Near the end of a 4000+ mile RV trip our TPMS keep telling us we were losing air on one of our tires ( inside rear dually tire) while on I-10 - even after airing it up. Once we called Tony & Devin were at where we were with our RV - (off one of the exits) within a 1/2 hr. They had it diagnosed (a leaky valve stem) and repaired in a 1/2 hr. They were very professional and made us feel comfortable getting back on the road. Great service, reasonably priced. -Thanks Tony & Devin!

If you are ever in need of Tire or any mechanic needs these guys are wonderful. We were traveling and had a blow out on our camper on the interstate. I goggled shops near me and traveled to Big Ben's. It was 4:27 on a Friday evening and they closed for 5pm. I called and they told me they could help us. As we were just getting the blown tire replaced and a new spare tire Ben gave my husband some information that was needed for us to have the best tires on our rig. Instead of just getting the 2 tires we got the 4 proper tires (14 ply all steel) and were back on the rode by 5:02pm. Thank you Ben for your help and quick work of your employees to continue our trip so quickly.

This is a great tire shop! I rolled in off the interstate with a flat tire. They didn’t have one available for my car, but contacted a nearby tire shop, had the tire delivered and got my wife & I back on the road within an hour! Great owner/manager with an outstanding group of employees willing to help with anything needed. Highly recommend them for all your tire needs and other maintenance/repairs!
