This branch has to be the worst. I went in today to withdraw money from my business debt card. But was told i couldn't because "I received a zelle that morning and it did not clear." I was told "I had to wait 24 hours to withdrawal from my account." I knew she was just talking because she also said "I never received that amount that size before so its on hold" i send out and receive
on my zelle all the time! Pissed off I walked out the branch to call Wells Fargo to be told that the funds are available in my account there's no hold or anything. Had to drive to another location just to get my funds out just to go pay my bills. Major inconvenience to me and my day. So to be lied to leaves me confused. Seriously closing my account with Wells Fargo. I wish I remember to take her name down. But I will be trying to contact the manager about this.

Wells Fargo is an excellent bank to open my first account, my parents have business relationship with a very professional and knowledgeable banker Andres Arreaga, he guided me throughout the entire process, educate on how to manage my account, create a budget and will come back to start a savings account when I start my job, such a great experience.

This branch is terrible. They lack sufficient staff and even told me to leave and come back some other time.Experience with Wells Fargo itself was also horrible. I closed an account at this branch and I was supposed to receive some money that was still in the account via a check in the mail a week ago. They don’t want to help me and now that I live in a city with no Wells Fargo they say they can’t help me over the phone. There’s a Bank of America next to this Wells Fargo. It’s honestly the better route. It’s really nice and the customer service is excellent.

If it had 0 stars, i would give it. The only black teller there think she owns the bank with her ghetto attitude. Then Wells Fargo ask for my information like if that’s going to help. Hire more people with respect not people that got raised in the jungle

This branch has no respect for people's time. They only have one cashier available which makes a wait time of over 30 min if you have a couple of people before you in the line. PLEASE AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ANY COST

My first time at this branch. I was not please with Barbara customer service skills. I felt like she was not being as helpful with the questions I had for her. Every question I had for her about me depositing money in my account she reply she don't know and had no solution. I'm better of continuing going to my local Wells Fargo in North Miami Beach.

I love this location because it's very rarely extremely busy and for whatever reason every time I go to the bank I'm always in a rush, so I'm able to get in and out of there very quickly. The staff are all super friendly and helpful too!

From the very first time I walked in, I felt welcomed and I was assisted by Elizabeth who met with me briefly and scheduled an appointment for the following day. I met her the next day and she was very personable and knowledgeable on the various accounts and services. I recommend her without any hesitation.
