You know I normally love Wawa and wished one would come to Miami Beach but this location is probably the worst, severely dirty, kitchen leaves you standing there and I had to ask for my order when I clearly see it sitting on the counter. Bathrooms are vandalized, outside seating area is trashed, so much litter everywhere. Who is managing this place? You need to do a serious manager walk because there is NO WAY this location is up to corporate standards. I was extremely shocked.

I would give this unprofessional establishment 0 stars if I could I came in to fill my bottle up with ice and water and I was accused of of stealing a fountain drink and made me PAY FOR WATER he kept saying awful things like “he knows what he’s doing” and told me to never return I feel profiled and targeted DO NOT GO HERE.

Honestly the worst location ever. I was there getting gas and a sandwich for lunch when I saw this employee verbally harass like 2 kids. I guess the kids were filling up their cups with ice and one filled it with juice too. I’m not sure, but the employee just started yelling at the boy that he better pay. He didn’t even get a chance to even get to the register yet. The girl got scared and he seven yelled at her too even though she didn’t get any juice. He kept yelling at them and complaining even when he was paying. He was telling them not to come back either. However I saw many people who have done the same and didn’t get this same treatment. How heartbreaking?. I will never come to this location again.

Food staff were lazy slow and wanted to be talking up the young lady all night. Guy made me a burrito that wasn’t a burrito and then preceded to mutter and talk bad to the other young lady staff when I questioned it. Definitely not coming back to this Wawa some Wednesday night staff.

I order from this Wawa location often because it's very close to my house. So it's very convenient. I use the app to order ahead and they always have it ready on time even when the place is usually busy. I highly recommend this Wawa and also and most importantly order ahead on the app, so you don't have to wait. People there work really hard and try their best.

The manager Valerie needs a class in customer service and the cashier Mocha doesn’t need to be a cashier or dealing with customers. The worst service I’ve ever gotten while shopping at a Wawa. I’ve been a faithful customer for years but I’ll never recommend ANYONE to shop at this location until changes are made.
