Just got my nails done. Walked in 5:40pm and was done 5:58. Was told to ask for Natalie but she was busy. I asked for an available nail tech and got James. Poor job. Very disappointed

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I am absolutely disgusted in the level of nail service and customer service I’ve received. I have been a customer for years for only the eye brow and eyelash service. I decided two weeks ago to give them a chance with a simple gel pedicure and the lady who did my toes painted it crooked then tried to say it was not crooked. She then asked her coworker if it looked crooked and he agreed and fixed the one toe. The next day I noticed my toe was chipped while boarding a plane at the airport and I immediately called and informed them of this and they told me to come in when I get back and they’ll fix it. The day after that the gel polish completely came off of my other toe. I called again and demanded a refund and to speak with a manager. The guy said a manager should be calling me within the week. I received no call, so I called yesterday and a rude lady hung up the phone on me after I explained the situation. So I called back and she acted like she hung up on accident and then she told me to leave my number with her and a manager will give me a call in 10 mins. I never received a call, so I called again today and spoke to a lady who pretty much told me the manager barely comes here and there’s nothing I can do for you and hung up on me. I’m appalled with the level of customer service I received! Absolutely shocked!

Cleanliness: New location, really clean place...my girl, Phan did a excellent job, college girl trying to do extra money to pay her college, very friendly, ...she is gentle..she clean and scrub my feet, massage my legs my hand, ...nice !

It gets pretty crowded at times but that's only because they do great work. All of the employees are very kind and patient. I truly enjoy hearing them speak their native language to each other. I only go here for lash and eyebrow services. So I can't speak for the nails. But they seem to have a loyal customer population.

I went to Van Nails this past Tuesday after working an 11 hour shift to get my nails done. I was looking to get them done without a long wait so I was accepting of the first available. The lady sent me to this guy Tony at Nail Station #3. He was so rude. As I sat down at his station, I simply said “I’ve had a long day and tired, you good?” He jumped out of his seat, flailing his hands at me, and told me get out of his chair and find somebody else to do your nails along with a whole bunch of other language I could not understand. Apparently, without clarifying first, he assumed I was asking if he was good with doing nails. I gladly removed myself from his chair as he walked around still speaking aggressively in his primary language. Thanks to Natalie, with a kind heart, apologized for him and she filled my nails for me. Tony’s behavior and attitude was definitely unacceptable. I did not appreciate that nor do I condone it and I will think twice about going back there. I am a professional and work in management; this would not be tolerated in my office. I advise that nobody should use Tony #3 services. I hope this behavior is not an overall presentation of the salon!! That was crazy. Management I would love to speak to you about this.

Years ago this was my go to spot. Until one day I go get my nails done here I got a full set acrylic coffin long my preferred style. So I get my nails done. I get home showered went to bed - and I notice nail polish chipping off the side of my nail. I get up for work the next morning showered again and my nail polish was coming off more nails . So after work I go back to the nail salon and show the same tech my nails. This women told me I washed my hands to much and it was my fault my nails was chipping. I was extremely calm and look at her eye to eye and said no , your not going to tell Me that I can't wash my hands or shower. That's unacceptable. She's whispering that she will fix my nail but doesn't want to cause a scene. I had already informed the manager of my complaint so making a scene was not why i was there, I was there to get the service I paid for. Long story short she angrily redid my nails with better not watered down nail polish and sent me o my way. That was the last time I visited this place.

Went for a pedi and I specifically requested someone who really does nice pedis. This is the results I get my toes still have crust and the polish is bulky. She couldn’t get the shape even. I had to keep asking her to file this and that to the point I gave up because I have somewhere to be. Please stop letting just anyone do pedis if they do not know how because they are not cheap and this is a terrible job for $53

Worst Nail and Eyebrow shop in Miramar , they have no manners , you are paying for service and they act like you are asking for a favor especially Sara and Natalee, go to Ivy on Taft street and Douglas rd in the plaza where Burger king is or Daisy in Miami Gardens by 27th ave behind the mc Donalds, nicer cleaner salon , best service , Vans us teas and ghetto
