I have been using this UPS store for amazon returns for quite some time. Today I had an issue with an Uber driver who had no clue how returns seem to work, as most untrained Uber drivers-(unfortunately). I would like to commend this UPS store for hiring competent and professional shipping specialists. I would like to offer a special commendation for "Vivi". She was extremely helpful, proficient, and obviously well trained. She genuinely cared about my concerns, and offered nothing less than solutions. I don't doubt she would do the same for any other customer. Thank you Vivi for setting the proper example, and caring about your role. I recommend this UPS store to anyone with shipping needs.

Excellent customer service by Adrian. Had to print a contract and although their computer was very slow, he tried everything and was very patience. Thank you Adrian for going above and beyond for the customer

Typically, the store is good. Friendly and efficient staff. However, on two occasions (one being today), the hours are posted (at the store and online) as opening at 8:30 am and it doesn’t. It is 8:45 am and it is still not open. When we attempted to call, the fax line answers. We went to another one that was open. Please update hours for your customers.

What's happening.with the customer service ay this UPS STORE. Went to drop a return for Amazon and they charged me 1.69 for printing the label that nobody does anymore ???? If we have it in our phone. And they don't even warn you. So misleading??

The staff in this location are always friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. Whether I have a question about shipping options or need help packing a fragile item they are always ready to help me! :) Packages are well taken care of.

I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER UPS STORE OR DEAL WITH UPS IN GENERAL REGARDING ANYTHING. This company is very unorganized, provides inaccurate information, and won’t do much to rectify a situation. They confirmed my package was there then state that they can’t find it after I drove all the way there in a storm. Called customer service and they weren’t much help either for the most part. Even filling a claim is a hassle. Like Honestly I’d recommend trusting USPS, FedEx, and DHL because UPS (Miramar location specifically) will loss the package you’ve untrusted them to at least track and know where it is exactly. I obviously untrusted the wrong delivery company to handle sending important documents such as my birth certificate. They have put me through an emotional situation when other delivery companies prevent that with a structured system for package tracking and customer service. I hope this review saves someone from the horrible day that I just had.
