The person in charge of the store was not very friendly. They did not have the extra equipment that I had rented. The truck had less than 1/4 of gas. It could have been in better conditions.

The only reason i gave this two stars at LEAST is because of Brandon. He was really nice and was trying to work with us despite the fact U-Haul was letting their customers keep the U-Haul longer than their reservation which has other people waiting as a result. This literally is an inconvenience because theres not even a late fee for those who inconvenience others who may have a time-frame to move. I appreciate Brandon was able to work this out and he was such a great person but U-Haul has to get it together. PS. The van wasn’t clean either to whoever brought it back.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This was my first time renting with UHaul and I thought it was going to go smoothly knowing what a large and recognized corporation they are. WRONG. My husband and I made a reservation weeks in advance and when we got to this location to pick up our UHaul rental the lady at the front desk says, "Oh. No one called you? Someone was suppose to call you to let you know that your UHaul isn't available...." My reaction was less than pleased to say to least. Apparently, a UHaul representative had told the person with our truck that they could keep it for an additional day!!!! I was livid! What is the point of making a reservation if they won't honor it?!?! In addition to this, my family and the movers I had hired were all waiting for me back at my storage unit! The lady at the front desk told me there weren't anymore trucks but that I would get back $50 for the inconvenience. However that wasn't going to do anything for all the time I was going to lose and pay for the movers who were charging me by the hour! My husband and I walked out furious. We got on the phone and had to call customer service to help us find another truck because the lady at this location was incapable of offering that service. We were able to find a truck 30 minutes away in the opposite direction we were moving to which basically made those $50 obsolete. Well, it's been a month since my move and I have yet to see those $50. I guess I will have to call to follow up. What an INCONVENIENCE and TERRIBLE experience this whole thing has been.
