All around terrible company. When I tried to adjust my coverage they were extremely rude on the phone, aside from that they charged me almost double what my neighbors were paying (they have similar houses as me). Overall 0/10, I was able to cut my yearly premium by over $1000 AND get more coverage by going straight through USAA. Not sure what the point of using an insurance broker is when they're harder to work with and more expensive. Absolutely WOULD NOT recommend working with Tanenbaum Harber Insurance Group. Would put 0 stars if I could!!!

I always had confidence in this Tanenbaum Harbor. When Irma hit my business we had to shut down for days. TH pulled through. They calmed me down and explained my coverage and guess what I was totally covered and am so grateful. ps..love business interruption
