They buy food stamps for 50 cent on the dollar. Been doing it for years. They use people's cards at their other store down the way and stock up this store with what they buy at the other one and Sam's club and Walmart. How much you wanna bet if you check Sam's club cameras and register tapes that you gonna have the same fools with multiple ebt cards using em to buy bulk.
