I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH START AUTO LIQUIDATION AGAIN I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH THIS CAR LOT ALMOST 4 YEARS AND I'M DIGUSTED WITH HOW THEY HANDLE CUSTOMERS I HAD ISSUES WITH MY VEHICLE WHICH WAS MY FAULT I REACHED OUT TO MY SALESMAN DON WILLIAMS AND HE ADVISED ME I COULD TRADE IN MY CAR IF I SENT HIM EXPLICIT PICTURES THE DEALERSHIP CAME AND PICKED UP MY CAR AS PROMISED THE NEXT DAY I WAS ADVISED THE DEALERSHIP WAS GOING TO FIX MY CAR AND PUT IT ON THE BACKEND OF MY CAR NOTE SO A COUPLE OF DAYS GO BY I CATCH AN UBER TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER SOL AND SHE TOLD ME SHE GET BACK TO ME I EVEN ATTEMPTED TO TELL HER ABOUT DON WILL AND HIS UNAPPROPRAITE TEXT MESSEAGES AND SHE WASN'T INTERESTED TO HEAR WHAT I HAD TO SAY SOL CALLED A FEW DAYS LATER TELLING ME IT WAS $500 TO GET MY CAR BACK I ADVISED HER WHAT DON WILLIAMS TOLD ME I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO GET MY CAR BACK SOL WAS RUDE AND TALKING ALL OVER BASCIALLY SAYING SHE'S THE MANAGER AND WHAT HE TOLD ME DIDN'T MATTER I ASKED HER COULD SHE SEND ME PICTURES OF MY CAR SHE SAID NO I CAN SEE IT IN PERSONWHEN I PICKED IT UP I ASKED HER WAS MY CAR PAINTED SHE SAID NO HER AND I WAS TEXTING AS WELL NOWHERE IN THE TEXT MESSAGES DID SHE IT WAS EXTRA OR HOW MUCH EXTRA IT WAS SO I REACHED OUT THE BEGINNING OF THE WEEK NOW SOL IS TELLING ME IT'S $1,000 TO GET MY CAR BACK AND I CAN'T GET MY CAR BACK UNTIL I PAID THE BALANCE IN FULL I HAVE NO FAMILY IN FLORIDA AND I WAS WITHOUT A CAR ALMOST THREE WEEKS THE WAY SHE SPEAK TO ME AS A CUSTOMER I CAN TELL SHE'S DISGUSTED WITH AFRICAN AMERICAN AND ARE BENEATH HER SO FINALLY I GET MY CAR BACK AND TODAY AND NOTICED THEY ROLLED THE MILES BACK ON MY CAR I GUESS THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE GOING TO KEEP MY CAR AND RESELL IT THEY HAVE LOST A GOOD PAYING CUSTOMER AND I'VE EVEN REFERRED CUSTOMERS TO THEM OVERALL I'M VERY DIGUSTED IT'S ACTUALLY A GOOD CARLOT BUT THE WAY THEY HANDLED ME AND SPOKE TO ME I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!! AND I HAVE TEXT MESSAGES FOR PRROF

Don’t buy cars from these scum, they deceive you, they discount your car by half and also add money that is not written in the contract or discussed! when buying a car on credit you will not have any credit history I had no credit history!

These people sold me a car knowing it was a lemon car they put me and my child at danger the car steering wheel has locked up while me and my son was on i95 this is crazy the car broke down the next day after buying it and they took the car saying they were going to fix it took my car for a whole week to clear the codes and act like the car was fixed it was never fixed they lied and returned the car few days later the same problems happened these people are HEARTLESS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYBODY BUT THEMSELVES
