I went to the Miramar location on 09/17/23 at 7:24 pm, and paid inside. I wanted $11 regular. The current rate was $3.79. The cashier was Sayed. I used the Shell Rewards at the cashier. My rate should have been $3.74 with the rewards. I noticed that Sayed was looking in my wallet when I opened it. He asked if I don't have the exact change so I took the $20 back and gave him $11 cash. I noticed that I did not get the discount at the pump and when I went inside and spoke with Sayed and told him that I did not see the discount. He said sorry. I asked for a receipt since my transaction at the pump was completed and he said he does not have any as the WiFi is down. From my perspective, Sayed seems dishonest as no discounted rate or receipt. In fact, I don't recall him inputting the $11 transaction in his system. As a customer, you would've seen the total on the display on the POS and it was not recorded. The owner of this franchise need to keep an eye on his employees as something is not sitting right.

Bad service tonight.... We bought gas plus a bunch of stuff inside an they still wouldn't let us use the bathroom... Aren't u supposed to have a working bathroom at every establishment... Then the lady told us that she uses the bathroom in the lake... Guess there parking lot is considered the bathroom

Car wash is trash only one side sprays water and that side I can wash my car with spit better. The other side never sprayed any water at all what’s the point 10$ and never again. It’s like the car wash is operated by incompetent people.

THIS IS THE MOST DISCUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I WENT TO THE STORE AT 9.45PM AND THE DOORS WERE SHUT. I WENT TO THE OUTSIDE WINDOW AND THE ATTENDANT "SYED" SAID HE CANNOT SERVICE ME BECAUSE HIS SHIFT ENDS AT 10PM AND HE NEEDED TO GET THINGS IN ORDER.PERFEEEEEEEETIC SERVICE. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK YOUR SHIFT AND SERVE CUSTOMERS AT THE TIME STATED FOR OPERATION, MAYBE YOU SHOULD FIND A PART TIME JOB THAT SUITS YOUR NEEDS.
