So I went to order my babyshower cake on Wednesday 5/9/2024 to pick up from 10-11 on Saturday 5/11/2024 and they totally change their cake ordering system it took like 2 hours for somebody to take my order is like they had no idea how to put my order in their system since they don’t.They dont Use the paper format anymore now u have to use a QR code. Finally when at least 4 different people from customer service finally had my order done I was relieved. Comes Saturday I was about to go and pick up my cake and I get a call from sams club to tell me that I won’t be able to get my cake. Because they have no power and their computer system is down.So I told lady over the phone I’ll pay cash and she said no that they won’t give me my cake because they need to scan barcode and system is down and they had to close store because no power and that they would call me at 2:30pm to let me know updatesWow I could not believe this happened on my special dayThey never called me which is more unprofessionalI had to go try to find any cake at a Publix for my babyshower and ended up late for my event because I had no cake and had to look for oneI understand supposedly there was no power but I was willing to pay cash but nope they said noo and never called backThis is the poorest customer serviceHopefully this doesn’t happen to anybody else

Located in Miramar near the Perry airport, this Sam's club is right next to a very large, very busy super Walmart. With that said sometimes getting in and out is a bit or a bear. Bring your patience or go behind the store down to the end. Store is usually well stocked. Staff is usually helpful. Bakery dept is the rockstar there. They don't change things up as much as Costco does which can be good or bad depending on how much variety you like in your food. However they have Scan and Go in the app and that is heaven sent!! I don't know why more people don't use this.

The lady just assumed I spoke Spanish and counted the items in Spanish without even asking if I did.

I went off the turnpike when on my way to Miami to go to this sams club to get gas because there's only one other sams club and it's west Miami. When I arrived I found out there is no gas station. I went inside to use the bathroom and it was soooo busy and packed. I had never seen such dirty bathrooms!!

I had the absolute worst experience ordering from the bakery. It started off fine. I ordered three cakes in-person with a very helpful staff member a few days ago, and my order was supposed to be ready today. I tried to call before I went today to confirm that it was ready, and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. When I got there, I still couldn't get anyone to help me. Me and a few other customers were waiting for a while and couldn't get anyone. Multiple staff members were walking around in the back. We'd ask for help, they'd look up at us, and just continue what they were doing and ignore us. When I finally got someone, sure enough, they didn't have my order. They acted like they had no clue what I was talking about, and offered no explanation, apology, or solution. When I got upset and told them I needed the order, they called a manager over. The manager asked me who I placed the order with and called that employee over. He said he remembered me, and that he didn't know what happened. They said they could make it for me now, but that they didn't have the flavor I ordered available. They said they could make it in a different flavor in 10-15 minutes, and that the manager would come back when it was done to ring me up with a discount. I didn't have a choice because I needed the cakes for an event. They didn't have it ready for like 20-25 minutes. Then I had to wait another 5-10 minutes for the manager. At this point, it had taken quite a bit of time from my day and an insane amount of frustration. There were several other frustrated bakery customers with various complaints there as well. The cakes did come out looking good (but not the right flavor), and it was not even remotely worth everything I went through to get them. A word of advice: STAY AWAY

This Sam's is always my go to for my meat and seafood. It's always busy here so be patient with the lines and parking. I use self check out so I can get out faster. After you spend $200 in groceries definitely check out the concession. The pizza is a reward! So cheesy and always fresh.

Man, I love shopping here! They have so many cheap deals with large quantities! I purchased Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls (32-count) for only $9.98, Breaded Mozzarella Sticks (72-count) for only $13.28, Fruity Snacks (100-count) for only $8.98, Gushers (42-count) for only $13.98, and Franks in a Blanket (48-count) for only $12.98! They also have yummy sushi rolls! I bought a California Crunch Roll (15 pieces) for only 7.98 and a California Combo Sushi Roll (20 pieces) for only 9.98! The customer service here is remarkable! I accidentally purchased Honey Nut Cheerios thinking they were the cereal bar variant and tried returning them, but they refunded me and let me keep them instead! I also bought their Italian Style Beef Meatballs, but I didn't like them, so I went to return them during their early shopping hours and they gave me a refund! Their bakery section is simply addicting! They have butter cinnamon rolls, tuxedo bar cakes with chocolate mousse, iced brownies, assorted caramel-dipped apples, and more! Once in a while, I love to surprise my coworkers with one of their bakery confections! There is no reason why you should NOT be using the Scan & Go app feature! You can literally skip the lines by using your phone to pay for your items! You can then head straight for the exit - just have your receipt ready for an employee to check!

I when I placed the order I was under the impression it would be ready for pick up in the AM. I went to SAMS Club at 5PM and I saw a guy that was delivering an order to another car and I asked if he could get my order and he said I was 1 hour early. I asked if he could grab it for me and He replied that he is not supposed to do that and advised that I could come back tomorrow because it will be held for 24 hours. I get home 20 minutes later and I get a text alert that the order was ready. really!?! At 5:45PM I called the 800 number on the text and had the displeasure of speaking to Abby. I told her that I want to cancel an order and also my membership. She asked why I wanted to cancel my membership and order. When I explained the entire story she immediately transferred me to membership retention. W/o any other discussion, empathy or customer service Wendy, from membership retention came on the phone and of course Abby did not explain anything. I had to repeat myself again. At the end of the day I will never shop at SAMS club nor would I recommend SAMS Club to anyone EVER! Customer experience is not a focus. I will continue to shop at Costco as they value their customers and are professionals.

This is the worst Sam's club on earth. If I could give it zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE! I mistakenly placed a pickup order from this store and expected it would be cancelled after the 24hrs. Well six days later it still hadn't been cancelled and I hadn't been issued a refund. I tried calling the store about a dozen times but the phone for the member service desk just rings and rings and rings. I'm talking 5-6 minutes of ringing with no one answering. I even went on the app, said I was at the store, put in a space number just hoping someone from the store would call me when the space was empty or it wasn't me picking up (they're suppose to ask for ID). Surprise surprise, they didn't and the order was marked as "picked up". How? Who picked up the order? Cuz it sure as hell wasn't me! Finally after multiple calls into Sam's Club corporate I was able to get a refund.

Nice selection of everything we needed. Restrooms were clean. We also had lunch. Pizza was fresh and good. No churros or pretzels, that was a bummer.

Scan and go app is the way to go. Download app. All your account info is on the app. Go into Sam's Club. Scan items as you go and pay on app and show barcode to attendant by exit. That's it. No waiting in line to pay for items. It's the BEST!!! I also love that if you have an executive level membership, you can go to Sam's Club super early around 7-10am before they open to the public at 10am. It's so convenient and so much less chaotic than Costco. Sam's Club has been getting cool stuff lately too. They have the best adjustable cloth masks for adults

My favorite thing about Sams is the app. I get a rush whilst shopping and scanning then walking past the long lines straight out the door! This feature makes shopping much easier. This particular club is always clean and stocked. Most of the employees aren't friendly but the app makes up for that.

Decided to give this place a shot after my mom purchased a Groupon deal for a membership with $45 dollars cashback in store credit. Normally my go to spot for wholesale items is BJ's but I wanted to see what Sam's Club was like. The result of my trip was just absolute disappointment. Just by coming into the place it seemed that the entire warehouse was disorderly and just a disorganized mess. The customer service section was just a random table off to the side. The lady at the customer service area had no real idea on how to apply the cashback deal and had advised us to contact San's Club online or even try to get it fixed possibly by the cashier when we purchase our items. Not her fault but it was just confusing for everyone. Going through the warehouse I did enjoy how spacious it felt and spread out. However, when it came to the actual product selection there really wasn't....much. It felt almost bare compared to other wholesale stores. When trying to find an item, it took awhile for me to find an employee to ask for help. She happened to be looking at her phone and never looked up from it when talking to me. She just appeared very lackluster in her tone. It really seemed to set the tone of the environment there. When waiting in line to purchase our items the line cascaded all the way towards the middle of the store in one long line. It wasn't the best setup for those nearby who were still shopping and trying to maneuver around those waiting in the line. There also weren't many cashier lanes open but I'm going to assume that's just a result of how early it was. Luckily they do have some self checkout lanes but when shopping wholesale we try to get as much as I can so realistically self checkout would be more of a hassle for me. The cashier we got to also wasn't able to get our situation fixed. Even when we contacted Sam's Club online they couldn't figure it out and we ended up with a refund as a result. Needless to say we decided the membership to this place just wasn't worth it.
