Styling and the way I look when I leave the salon is important, but lots of salons can give you a good look. What sets this salon apart is their obvious quest to improve and manage hair care so it benefits hair health long term. They are invested in the knowledge and mastery of the latest methods and tools available to the hair care industry. They not only give you a good look, but they maintain and improve the health and quality of your hair so you are happy beyond just the initial look. Sammy is amazing, and very experienced. I am completely satisfied!

My mom (who was a highlighted blonde) was in town visiting and decided to color her hair with a box color… mistake. Her hair was 1st bright orange then after the 2nd box was a mixture of orange and brown. She is beautiful regardless but the hair color was rough. So we found Sammy’s online on Tuesday then got an appointment the next day at 10am. She was pleasantly surprised to find that the owner, Sammy, was going to do her hair. Sammy jumped into action and gave my mom a beautiful color (dirty blonde) and the orange was gone (Thank God)! She also gave her a color treatment conditioning (bc the hair was hanging on within an inch of its life). Then she styled and cut her hair to look healthy again! Then, unlike MANY experiences in the miami and Miramar area, we were pleasantly surprised at the register. She did not overcharge and my mom was more than happy to tip her a great amount that she earned and it still was not even close to the amount we have been charged before. My mom left smiling and sending pics to my dad showing off! Needless to say, we can’t recommend Sammy and her salon more! Give her a chance and you won’t regret it!Services: Haircut

came into town unexpectedly for business and needed haircut asap…. met one of the owners as she was closing the shop Monday, explained my dilemma and she arranged to have someone from the salon meet me the next morning (when the shop was actually closed!) to help me out… couldn’t be happier with the outcome, and thank you again for the help!

Maritza was an amazing person and hairstylist. She treated me with care and made sure that I liked the results at the end. She is the best hairstylist that’s I’ve ever had. The place is very welcoming, and everyone in the salon greets you with so much care. I definitely will stay in the this salon for any change I want to do. Totally would recommend!

I had my hair styled by Eli. She did a wash/ roller set & Blow Out. I have extremely long hair and I look great. She was awesome. The place was clean and trendy. I will be coming back.

Place was clean the girl that attended me was really nice and sweet but when I asked for a curly cut I emphasized I just wanted to trim a little bit of my hair off and to “not cut off that much” and when I left she basically cut way more than my spilt ends and left it too short I was initially upset but I’m happy the manager was able to contact me and fix it

My first time here, which was months back, was a great experience overall. My hair was long enough to get braids so I was looking at options. After searching around my area I found Sammy’s Hair Salon. It was a quick call as they were able to see me instantly. I was seen by Maritza (owner) which took great care of me and exceeded all expectations. Wonderful down-to earth, had a great conversation in which she learned it was my first time getting braids and she was even able to teach me about hair care etc. needless to say the braids came out VERY well and since then I haven’t looked elsewhere to get braids. Sammy (daughter of Maritza) has been the go to for hair wash and braids. I have gotten different designs, purchased recommend hair care products and haven’t used any other products - even have used it on my daughters hair and I have noticed the difference. All in all wonderful place to go to. Everyone there is like family in which they are very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Sammy’s Hair!

Mary, Jlo & Denise is my "go to" neighborhood salon, this afternoon didn't disappoint as usual. The environment + warm welcome was fabulous as was the newer vegan hair dye began. Maritza and Sammy are very welcoming and hospitable. Here, you will feel like family. Sammy was my stylist during this particular visit. She took gentle care of my hair. She took her time to consult with me and examined the state of my hair before providing any recommendations. Her recommendation was exactly what my hair needed. She was very attentive the entire time. She checked in occasionally to ensure that I was comfortable. Excellent service and customer service. I will definitely become a regular client. Thank you to you both, ladies for an incredible experience and your expertise!
