Love Ross but they need to get rid of these self check outs. Waited 30 minutes in the line as there was only one cashier while 2 others stood doing nothing in the self check out.

Cashier Gabriella skipped all the black customers that was next in line and went to the Hispanic customer to check them out instead. I told her I was next and she totally disregarded. I told manager Emily and she said she couldn’t do anything because of the language barrier which was unnecessary when you can clearly see who’s waiting to be next. No customer service skills at all.

If there was a negative star i would leave that.I was pressured into doing self checkout which i already dont like. First, you meet the man who empties out the entire cart to remove alarm tags. Then he gives you back everything and escorts you to the self checkout scanner. The lady before me walked out no problem, exchanged pleasantries in spanish with the cashier named Alicia and walked out. When i was done i showed my receipt and was told to leave. As im walking out this lady basically ran from behind the counter telling me to wait. When she reached me she bagan pulling everything out my bag and counting it to match the receipt. When i asked her why this wasnt done for the lady before she said she forgot. I returned everything. Dont spend your money at this location.
