Horrible customer service. I stood in line there were 2 cashiers and they had customers in front of them. A lady walked up on the opposite side of the line barrier. I asked if she wanted to use the self checkout, and she replied no. The cashier turned to her and said the line was on the other side behind me. She said oh and walked behind me. The customer in front of the other cashier completed their purchase and walked away. I walked to that cashier, but she walked away and told her coworker something about bano. My Spanish isn't that good, but I figured she told her she had to go to the bathroom. The other customer walked away, so I went to walk to that cashier. She told the lady that was behind me to come. The lady looked at me, and I said, but I was first. She still told the lady to come. I said u saw me here first. She then asked the lady if it was okay. The lady looked at me as confused as I was and said he was there. It took everything in me not to say anything, and honestly, I felt race played a big part in this. It saddens me that in this day and age, Ross hires individuals who deal with their customers in such a carefree and disrespectful manner.

They place a quick checkout and they do not have staff to advise them. They wanted to remove 2 items from the invoice and the machine said that someone would come help you and no one came. The worker was asked to remove the sensors from the items and she said I will remove them here that we needed to return that she didn't do them and in the end she didn't send you to do the
Return line that the delay is like 1 hour plus total disappointment

sad to experience a check out so terrible. It’s not the staff’s fault. Its the person who decided to have only one employee working register while the rest are self check out then you have to make another line to have all the security tags removed. Incredible. Will never return here. Do not recommend.

8 items only for checkout, if you want something from jewelry there’s no one to help you, you have to make the line as if you were to purchase just to see something from jewelry. Only one person working the cashier for people with more than 8 items. Seems like everyday that passes this store turns less American.

they watched me for 15 minutes standing in line waiting to return something. the store was literally empty. it wasn’t until i said excuse me can i return this for them to tell me the return system was down. gee thanks a warning 15 minutes ago would’ve been amazing.

They only have 1 cashier that takes care mostly of returns and customers with 8 or more items. This company could have gotten away with 3-4 cashiers on busy days and 2 on slow days but nope, they decided to be greedy and cut on personnel. The self checkout is a hassle because first you have to check out and bag everything only to unbag everything again at the exit so that they can take the security tags off. What a joke. Never going back to that store.

Dirty and disorganized store. The self checkout was always a bad idea, but now is worst. Having an employee right in front of exit doors removing the alarm tags after you pay for your items makes the area crowded and inconvenient. How about hiring more cashiers and eliminating this nonsense of self service. Management needs to improve the organization and cleaning of the store. There so much dust everywhere, the choice of music playing loudy is terrible. It is the worst Ross I have visited.

Love Ross but they need to get rid of these self check outs. Waited 30 minutes in the line as there was only one cashier while 2 others stood doing nothing in the self check out.

Cashier Gabriella skipped all the black customers that was next in line and went to the Hispanic customer to check them out instead. I told her I was next and she totally disregarded. I told manager Emily and she said she couldn’t do anything because of the language barrier which was unnecessary when you can clearly see who’s waiting to be next. No customer service skills at all.
