5th time in a row my online sub order is blatantly incorrect. One time my sub was never made, and the kid flat out lied to me and said someone must of stole it. 2 moments later we realized the receipts had fallen behind the machine. A little frustrating that ever other Publix in town can get a 6 ingredient sub right.

Store is clean and workers are friendly. However, twice I have come across expired dairy and produce and twice have been met with dissatisfactory actions. The first time, it was acknowledged but when I came in for something else later that day, there they were still on the shelf. Another day, I found expired baby yogurt. I tried to tell a worker but he blew me off to run into the back. I'd wager he probably wasn't on the clock. Either way, come on... expired baby food. One was a week expired!
These incidents happened within a few days of each other.

Manager shame: they instruct employees to hit you up for donations in the self- checkout line.
For perspective, customers are ringing up their own groceries thus saving payroll funds for the store, and you’re still asked to make donations. Highly distasteful.
Thanks to the employees, the store is very clean and full of helpful staff.

What a pleasure shopping at this location, as a realtor I had a home ? for sale in the area and every time I was up for showing I will do our shopping at this location, manager very personal and kind and you can see his impact on the personal working there.I had to return few items but didn't have the receipt, they said NO PROBLEM & took care of me.It's all about customer service to provide 100% service, something we need to see and feel more often.Thank you ?

Recently buying sushi on Wednesday at this Publix is a joke. They only offer fake crab meat and discontinued salmon, shrimp and tuna. Don't you dare ask the person who makes it if they have anything else than fake crab meat. They will give you a dirty look and tell you that you're out of luck. If you drive a few blocks North to the Publix on Pines Blvd you will find what you want. It's unfortunate that I now go to the other Publix. I usually pick up sushi on Wednesday and end up spending an additional $100 on other stuff I need. It's disappointing that I have to drive 6 extra blocks but it's worth it. If I managed the Publix on Miramar Pkwy I would sit with the sushi making associates and tell them they're making me lose business and to get their act together on what they offer and how they treat people. In the interim I'll keep shopping at the location on Pines Blvd like many people probably do now. So long.

I am blessed to be able to shop in such a nice supermarket. I love the variety of products that are offered, and the people working there are very nice.
