Came to this venue for the first time to see the great Patrice Rushen. This is an extraordinary theater for its size. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful, and welcoming. A big thank you to the gentleman who helped me have my vinyl signed; I will never forget him and his positivity. That sort of kindness hardly happens anymore. This is a beautiful place to enjoy music. The stands serving food and beverage were very organized. Overall, just a lovely place that I would be glad to visit again, and I have been to many around the world: from Chile to England to Italy to Japan. Thank you.

It was the sweet sixteen of this place and was better than Santiago Cruz concert. Every detail was taken care and the night was awesome. Thank you Miramar Cultural Center for joining all of our cultures.

Outstanding venue for weddings, graduations and more. My spouse and I attended a friend and her groom’s wedding on a Sunday. Love the various wall decor and even just the entrance walking and surrounding area. The A/C is extra powerful so make sure to dress warm. They have a catering staff that is very proactive when it comes to collecting dishes. Free parking at the garages in the vicinity.

I just attended my first event at the Center. Very well laid out and well done. Seating was comfortable, and plentiful.
I did find that to get into the venue, it is a bit of a walk, so anyone who is elderly or has accessibility issues, may want to check with the center to see what can be done for them before attending.

What a great experience for our first visit! I have to give a shout out and huge thank you to Brian Blake who went out of his way to accommodate my 90 year old mother so she she could watch her Great Granddaughter's dance recital. We were coming from out of state so we appreciated his helpfulness.
Everyone we met was so kind and friendly.

We wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Miramar Cultural Center Banquet Hall for the incredible job their service team did at the GEMS & GENTS Sneaker Ball on June 7. Your professionalism, dedication, and keen eye for detail were truly impressive and greatly appreciated by everyone.
The food was excellent and received numerous compliments from our guests. The venue was beautifully arranged, with place settings perfected, and everything was cohesive and elegant. The entire team helped make the experience stress-free, being both accommodating and helpful throughout the event.
From the initial planning stages to the final execution, the staff at Miramar Cultural Center Banquet Hall went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success. We are grateful for their hard work and commitment to excellence. We highly recommend this venue for any special occasion and look forward to hosting future events here!

ok so I'm very indifferent about this facility. It's a huge beautiful elegant venue and the lights out front duing Christmas are over the top beautiful. My step son had a VPK christmas show here 12/18/23 & they said I can't bring my stroller.... I told them I always get here early so I'm in the front row and to the right of the stage theres a huge space I could put it up against the wall (next to my seat) since the babys sleeping- they said no. Then a lady told me I could bring the attachment base but not the stroller (fine) so we put the babys seat on an actual chair. This fat old grumpy man that works here I think he was a security manager told my husband and I MID-PLAY..."you shouldn't have even brought that in here & held the baby that could have been used as a seat for an adult." Actually no we got here an hour early and waited out turn in line to get a good seat because we have a very small baby & to disrespect me and be rude at a KIDS play goes to show this mans a real pig. At the end of the show my husbands cousin said he yelled at her too for standing up with her crying baby to get her to stop crying. This man has issues.

I had my wedding September of 2022, had it here because Iv been to this venue multiple time to watch performances here and loved it it so much i knew I wanted my wedding here and that it wasn’t far from home. I had a beauty and the beast themed ,so the venue was perfect at the time to give a kinda vintage vibe to, we had a blast ! Best night ever ! The servers and the staff that night were AMAZING !!! Definitely recommend ! However ! I did have some bumps which did make my wedding experience incredibly stressful as a BRIDE. FIRST, i fell in love with this place because there was free parking right across the building, the day i had signed to have my wedding there they told me they were doing construction and it would be done by the time my wedding started which was not true and was a huge sore eye for my guest with a huge construction being built with apartments right next to it and was never offered a lower price. I had to go through everything through a lady named Marcia, incredibly sweet lady however throughout my whole wedding process she stressed me out in numerous ways, I had already told her the way I wanted the venue set up she wrote it down we did it together she told me I would get an email copy of a 3D version of the layout which I never received. She then called me THREE times to ask if we went over the layout which she had the papers to, which made me feel like she lost them or was disorganized which was worry some. I had asked her since the day I signed ! If I could get a second dressing room for my groomsmen she told me she will check when the date got closer she never did and never asked even though I repeatedly asked her and the dressing room was given to another event right next to mine and I would of happily paid extra if it didn’t mean my poor groomsmen had somewhere to be, they had to set up or stand in the beginning of the event. They had to leave their stuff in a hallway on the floor. I also had asked Marcia MONTHS in advance if I could do a ceremony rehearsal for walking down the aisle since my wedding was INDOOR she told me SURE I could come the day (after already making me change my initial wedding rehearsal day) before my wedding at 10am for an hour since they had another event setting up that morning as well. The morning I came all doors were locked, security had no idea I was coming ! And then the day of my wedding she called me to tell that I was suppose to do the rehearsal outside, when I specified I wanted to practice INDOOR AND EVEN moved the rehearsal day because the day i originally wanted she said they were busy and had an event, and moved the date so i can practice INDOOR. She gaslit me and told me i was suppose to practice outside of venue if that was the case i would have just practiced at home. It was outrageous and incredibly stressful for me and my party. A couple of months before the wedding I got an email of the total amount of the overall total of the venue, it didn’t look right to me so I had messaged Marcia and asked if the number was correct she stated whatever was in the email was the correct amount. A month before my wedding I’m paying the whole thing off and she tells me I’m missing around 2,000 because the email she sent me was indeed not the whole price and that I needed to click on another link that was not informed of to get the whole amount. Thank God the manger was there and offered me a couple of more days to get the money, but outrageous after all she’s put me through to not waive the fee I still ended up paying it even though I had PROOF of the email of her error. Don’t get me wrong I definitely recommend the venue it’s stunning ! The staff on my wedding night was so accommodating and WONDERFUL I had zero complaints from that. But, when comes to a wedding planner organizer i would just ask for a more responsible person to be in charge of that department or someone who cares for the needs of the bride.Thank you so much again Miramar Cultural ! We certainly did have a BLAST ! Food was delicious! Salmon was the guests favorite !
