Well, they say "3 strikes and you're out"...I will not return to this location because this was their last strike. Daniel was awesome. Rick was good. Another young lady was good too. Now, it's no help when they tell you to Google to find an answer, they lock the store at 7:45pm, and then to top it off the new people are not nice. It's like this location hires anyone. Good luck...after years of going here I'm not going back.

Samantha and Ky are amazing they both were super funny and very helpful. Came In not really looking for a phone but they let me know about their great promotions and I end up leaving there feeling good with good purchases. Great work ladies.

Be careful with these people, they are thieves, they quote you double what the accessories cost, for example, they charged me 50 dollars for a 25 charger. I am going to file a lawsuit with the consumer department for the abuse they commit, they charged me double what they The phone costs 239, they charged me 279
They are thieves, they charge you double what it costs for accessories and they don't even give you explanations. Take care, pay 479 for yourself. Telephone that costs 239. I am going to file a complaint in the consumer department for thieves.

I was having a problem with my phone and the Associate spent over 20 minutes to help me to solve the problem. She gave me great service and maintained an excellent attitude. She is a keeper

There was a man doing repairl so he was climbing on a ladder to get to the ceiling. That could have resulted in a serious incident. I recommend that they have a maintenance schedule for when customers are not in store.

I went to this phone and needed to transfer a number to another phone and told them that it's for my dad and his blind and disabled I had his information with me they told me to get a medical record to indicate he's disabled are you serious I went to another metro they understood the situation and change it with no problems second time coming to this store and it was terrible customer service never again.
