Lately I’ve been having negative experiences with pharmacy. Wrong size batteries were delivered for the pump and last delivery the medication bag was broken. All the medication was lost, leaving me with only one bag.

My experience was great working with them for getting the supplies and medication for at home care post discharge from the hospital. Katia was so attentive, personable, followed up when she said she would and made the process very easy for my husband and I.

I HIGHLY recommend the Memorial Home Infusion Pharmacy! I was having issues getting my medication and payment coverage for it and they worked for days to get the issue resolved. The Directory of the Pharmacy, Patricia Taylor, went above and beyond to make sure that I had my medication by the time I needed it for infusion. I will most definitely continue to use this pharmacy for my medical needs. Keep Up the GREAT job and Thank you all.
