I drove from Broward to Miami Gardens for an appointment to look at a Haworth chair. Phil, the sales rep, I guess sized me up that I was not a large corporate buyer and was only interested in one Haworth chair somewhere between $1000 and $2000+, so, I guess the commission wasn't worth his time.The guy definitely and I mean definitely had my phone number and email because he had to call me first to set the appt and we traded voicemails and messages. This guy didn't take the time to give me a quote while I was there even though I asked him for a quote and told me he would email me a quote.More than a week later, he never followed up with an email quote or a phone call to ask if I received it, if I wanted to buy it, etc. Nothing.I also went to the Herman Miller corporate store looking at competitor chairs. They followed up within 30-minutes, I did not need to make an appointment and not only did they email me a quote, but, followed up a 2nd time and we traded emails with questions on several model chairs and all the emails were returned promptly the same day.With Phil, after trading voicemail, it even took a couple of days to make the appt.Point of the review is to tell you to not waste your valuable time to shop with Phil at JC White in Miami Gardens, if you are an individual. They are only interested in large corporate buyers.Purchases of (a) chair or (a) desk or single item furniture costing over $1000 is not worth their time and you will be treated the way I was.

What a pleasant experience. I purchased Haworth products thru JC White 5 years ago which needed repairs. I contacted JC White and they ordered the replacement parts and installed them today without charge.

In the past we have purchased office furniture from JC White and after years have needed to replace parts on the office chairs. We called them and they quickly sent us the parts needed. They stand by their products and service even after years later after purchasing from them.

I needed to share my experience over the years with this company especially recently when my executive chair (HAYWORTH) hinge broke after 10 years. I was reluctant to call JC White to have it repaired. Within 12 hours a technician was dispatched and the part was ordered immediately. A few days later the chair was repaired and it feels like new (the chair again is about 10 years old). Michelle, who initiated this repair was exceptional. I can truly recommend JC White to anyone looking for Office furniture or Commercial interior service. I would never consider price shopping (although they have exceptional prices) but the after sale service is what you can ALWAYS count on!!!! A truly OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY!!!!

I purchased four Very Chairs from Hayworth a couple of years ago and these chairs are in a very public place in an apartment communities business center. They get lots of use and over the last few months, the arm caps have broken off of the chair. I needed to replace them and was fully ready to buy them, but these were not easy to come by. Then I was directed to Phil Wodecki at J.C. White who offered to send them to me at no charge. What an outstanding example of superior customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to update their office space with a cool vibe and comfortable seating. Looks like they have it all. They will certainly be the first place I stop next time we are redesigning our work spaces. Thank you Phil!
