“Pure Formulas products are affordable and good. Unfortunately, my last shipment took almost a month to arrive. I called PF and they sent a replacement quicker. Yesterday, I received the first (long traveling) order and now I'll take it to the post office to return. For some reason they were not able to reroute it. I don't think it will stop me from ordering from them again, but I might check at a brick and mortar store to compare.”

“Shoutout to the store manager & pickup employee for going above and beyond in customer service this evening. We ordered an Instacart Pickup for the first time & we didn’t know we had to wait for it in a designated parking spot. Our order was missing a few things because the Instacart shopper couldn’t be bothered to wait for our items at the Deli! Needless to say he refunded the items that were ready to be picked up! This team was very helpful and completed our order themselves, which is why I’ll just order from Publix directly if I can! Thank you David & Team! Not sure if that was his name but whoever the managers were at around 8-9 pm! You ALL ROCK!!! Great customer service!!!!”
“This place is amazing new Republic's very clean staff is very friendly any questions you could go to anyone there they usually all know no one really puts you off and tells you to go ask someone else all in all the store is ran very well. Management is awesome and anything that I cannot find at my official Publix closer to me, I come directly here! They are rarely ever out of anything. If they are out ut had to be do to a sale or shipping issue during a Hurricane. Again Management has this store running so Excellent that its needed to be said! So the masses can understand how quick it is at such a busy spot!”

“This is the best Hialeah Publix so far. Eulalia, the cafeteria clerk is AMAZING! She provides outstanding customer service. And the attendants at the Deli department are awesome! They try to assist as fast as humanly possible despite the workload they have.”

“My sister & I just left Publix during our lunch time to grab a Sub. While in line, a woman took her phone & took a picture of me & my sister while carrying her baby because she thinks the tube dress she was wearing was inappropriate. And she shouldnt be dress like that with a daughter. She was going to send it to a group chat with her friends to laugh. NOT KNOWING THAT MY SISTER JUST HAD SURGERY & NOT ABLE TO PUT TIGHT FITTING CLOTHES AT THIS TIME. Also, its been 100° outside lately. There was a staff name "RINA" who saw the woman, she approached the woman to delete it and reported it to her Manager. Rina stopped us outside while heading to the car & she informed us what happened. She shared that she did not want to tell us in the store so she wouldn't cause confrontation between both parties. But she reported to the manager & watch the woman deleted it

Was it new management? Probably not. Now it appears that this location is actually trying to run a business. Good you you Whole Foods. I hope you can vanquish your Amazon overlords and go back to being a supermarket!
Abysmal. Worst Whole Foods in Florida. Hands down and without question. This is based shopping at this store on multiple occasions over the course of 9 months. Since I am now working in the area, I periodically stop in just to grab a few things. This has given me the opportunity to observe and talk with staff and management. At no point in time has this store appeared to a "Whole Foods" or offered the products and service associated with the reputation. You can't ask basic questions or get the same kinds of goods. It takes an absolute miracle to get a regular cup of coffee and a muffin.”

“This has been "my Publix" for my entire life! I love the dedicated employees around the store! There is an older gentleman-Franklin in the deli who is always eager to see usual customers and helpful to new ones! There is also a young high schooler who works as a bagger and sometimes in the Bakery. He is a friendly employee and even worked hard with his leg in a cast. People sometimes forget that everyone is a human and deserves respect!”

Their lunch special rivals those of the chain sub shops. Their sandwich artists take pride in making your sandwich and encouraging you to be creative with your toppings. I keep coming back for the food and the experience.”
