Scheduled an appointment for the first time with Neimis and had a wonderful experience. I wanted to do some highlights on my base color and they look fantastic. She also cut the ends and blow dried my hair. She made sure she perfected both the color and style. I got a lot of compliments and I’m extremely happy with the outcome. The customer service was outstanding. I will definitely recommend her.

Brought my mom here to get pedicure and manicure, will never come back. I brought her here so that she could feel good not uncomfortable or scolded. The whole point of getting your hair and nails done is to feel good and relaxed. Please train your employees on how to speak and treat customers. My mom didn't need to hear 10 reasons why she shouldn't have gone there to get her nails done. If you didn't feel comfortable servicing her, you should of told us that from the beginning instead of making her feel bad.
Response: we do not like to make a scene. Due to the music playing in the salon. I was not aware of the comments your employee was making to my mom until after we left. Yes she did a good job with the manicure and Pedicure but made my mom feel horrible with her nasty comments Ask your emoloyee to explain why it was necessary to make my mom feel bad. Yes my mom has diabetes but that does not make her less than anyone else that comes to your salon. Apparently your employee was miserable that day, didn't want to work on memorial day and chose to make her clients miserable just like her.

I recently did my nails here and I was so pleased with the service and professionalism in this salon. My manicurist Yeni is so talented and a total perfectionist, not missing any detail. I am so happy to have found her! She is now my favorite nail tech and I plan to continue going to her for all my nail appointments. Highly recommended!!

A wonderful experience, a place I would return to without a doubt. The stylist Maite did a beautiful job on my hair, a professional, the techniques Ani and Yeni gave me an excellent manicure and pedicure, very clean my cuticles, and the owner Neimis, very attentive along with all the other girls, make you feel like family, a place that I totally recommend

My first time in the salon I went to remove a lifelong black color.!! Impressed with the result, my hair was beautiful and without damage.!! The Salon is beautiful, very clean, they pampered me during my appointment gave me a mimosa, Cuban croquettes and Cuban pastries and a bottle of water. The Service and the treatment that I received was amazing! Over and above my expectations!
