“I have always been too lazy to do exercises alone, but at Storm I have found wonderful coaches who make the group classes very enjoyable, dynamic and very challenging for your personal goals. They never leave you alone, they guide you and correct you in each exercise. I have been coming for more than a year and every time I try to get more involved for the benefit of my body and my health. The place is spacious, with different teams, schedules, routines and good music. My special thanks go to Coach Alex, who has always motivated me to go for more.”

“I'm satisfied. The LockerRoom area was being well kept even as I enter. I haven't felt this refreshed off a PF visit since leaving NJ ... I heard this gym facility was relatively new... some concerns would the shower knobs were needlessly complicated... the short/unfit shower curtains are unnecessary (do like the mirrors) -- this area across the shower should promote drying-off and a quick exit to the locker area - the curtains in general is not the greatest idea... privacy there is should basically be the same as the locker room... neither a place were one should linger ... anyway-- the porous concrete between the tiles worries me already ... it's only gonna get goo'ee ...that should have been treated ... I'm avoiding the black toilets & urinals like the plague- so I could not say if the was decided for this area as well... 4 stars for making me hopeful again ... (let's see how long that will last :P”
