Last year I submitted an email to the email on the website since I was furious after yet another time where it felt like this location makes it impossible to donate, the out to lunch sign is never accurate since the person would come back much later (I eventually just waited only to be given an attitude). This week I have gone 3 days in a row making sure not to be near the lunchtime and the window has a full sign while through the window you just see her on her phone (I did try to get down the first time and she ran out pointing at the sign) so she is just sitting in the front with a full store that cannot accept anything for at least 3 days straight? Each day filling my car including two tvs only have to bring everything back, I sent my son once and he also came complaining about the persons attitude. I hate to complain and would've never if it had been one or two bad experiences but it's every-time.

Drove by and the door was locked. No sign indicating hours or when they would be open again. According to Google, they should’ve been open. It was 2:30pm. I called, but no answer, and the phone would just hang up after a few rings.

I went to drop off my stuff and the door was locked . It was 11:30 and the sign said open. I called the number and it would ring and then hang up. I ended up going to another location. I was very disappointed since this one is so close to my home.

So, today I bought my daughter a Barbie doll for her birthday and as soon as she opened it broken down and was vibrating we had to throw it out because it was 20 dollars next time I'm getting a Barbie doll from Walmart

Don't bother going to Goodwill-Miramar. I pulled up to the attendant shaking her head. Space she open the door and told me three different times to hurry up, because it was her lunch. I went to my car and asked if I could use her cart because my items were too heavy for me, she said no. When she saw that I had boxes and other miscellaneous items in my car for donation, she told me that she will only except things in plastic bags. Since when does Goodwill only except things in plastic bags? Terrible customer service.

Arrived around 11:15 and the place was closed with a sign saying back at 1pm. Very disappointed because I had to drag all the stuff to a different location.
