This is for the Aventurea officeWas there last year and was very happy with everything. The optometrist was knowledgeable and friendly and the girls in the front were pleasant. This year I went back and again the optometrist was very good and even asked about a referral she provided previously. However, when it was time to place my order and choose I felt rushed. The young lady was a bit annoyed. The result is that my glasses are not useable. I have tried to wear them but I get headaches. I attempted to bring the glasses back, but they were very busy and and were unable to attend me. I don't drive due to PTSD from an accident and depend on a ride from a family member. I had to leave after an abrasive encounter with one of the Cuban ladies in the front. I have to continue using my glasses from last year.Now I stuck, however I can assure you that next year I will go elsewhere.

I went to see Betty Borsky 4 weeks ago I ordered my glasses $149.99. My daughter took them back as the bifocal were bad. Now they purposely do not answer their phone. I want my money back. Ugo has the glasess. They don’t call me back what is this? I want my money back for the glasses.

The worst customer service ever. Glasses promised for 9/3 and now it is 9/13 and they keep lying to me. They told me they were shipping to my home on 9/8 via us mail and now they say on 9/14 it will go out in 3 days . No one at corporate answers phone . on hold to music. Don't deal with these people

They wonder why their employees leave yet treat them like livestock but somehow even livestock seem to have a better work environment. The higher ups do not communicate with ANYONE, and HR and Corporate are impossible to get a hold of. Its a wonder they stay open

I have been a customer of 4 eyes Weston for many years with never one problem until now. After spending $$$ in the last 12 months on 2 sets of glasses I find myself 2 months in starting having problems with one set after consistent adjustments and even changing the frame find myself dealing with a manager telling me that I need to learn how to were my glasses WOW, and my regional manager will contact you. Now after 3 weeks leaving messages for management with NO !! return call. that tells me that even next level management doesn't respect the customer either.

I need someone to call me! The For Eyes in Coral Springs on the corner of university dr and wiles rd has my info! Would never go to this location again! Staff did not want to give me your corporate number! So unprofessional! Will never recommend this company to anyone!!! Actions speak louder then words! The doctor and I had a confrontation in front of everyone and I ended up leaving in tears in my car and my autistic kids not seen! Shame on you!!! One start is too much at this point!
