One time they gave me a drink with expired milk. Worst dunkin ever. Don't come here they rush you when you order through the drive through.

Got a chance to meet the district manager this morning he’s very professional, well mannered and efficient. I got a chance to complement him on his staff, I’ve been coming here since the store opened and the service has been magnificent, food on point, clean environment and quick service. Thank you ~lady in the white Chevy impala~ ?

I placed an order thru the app and got in the line. I told the lady at the speaker and she told me to go tot he window when I get to the window the lady gets an attitude and tells me that I need to drive around and wait because I just put the order in and it’s not ready. Tell me what the difference in ordering right before I get in line and ordering at the speaker. They still will have to make my order so to make me pull around and wait for donuts that’s alll ready made and a latte that was already in her hand is ridiculous. My order. Was placed before the people behind me and ordering through that app is making their job easier but inside I get attitude and longer wait times. When I finally went inside to get my food. The latte was missing cold foam and one of my donuts was missing. Horrible experience all around I will never return to this location

Ridiculous that at 830am on a Sunday the Dunkin wouldn't allow customers in amd had their doors locked despite being open. Forced everyone to go through the drive thru and cars couldn't get out of lot. Exits were blocked!

This dunkin location is awful ? I’m very disappointed. My food was placed on top of an unclean surface, Without placing sheet first. I find that unclean. Staff lack communication skills. They speak no English. And sometimes are rude.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I recently started coming to this location. I always do a mobile order, pick up in drive thru. Every time I come my hot tea is not stirred. Monday 10/30/23 I came and the lady at the window argued with me when she went to hand me a second cup and I told her it wasn't mine, the name on my order is Antoinette G. The name on that cup was Antoinette W. It wasn't until I pointed out that the last initial was different that she realized I wad right. Then I got all the way to work to realize I didn't even get my food I got the other Antoinette.Today I went to the speaker and asked them to please stir my tea. My tea is a large black tea with almond milk and 10 sugars. I know when it isn't sirred because the bottom of the cup is cold from the almond milk. That's how the cup was when she handed it to me. I asked for a straw to stir it. As soon as I put the straw to the bottom I could feel all the sugar. So I told the lady at the window to make them aware, like hello I'm in the drive thru obviously I would like my drink ready to drink. The manager who was standing at the window as well jumps in insisting the tea was stirred. I explained how I know it wasn't stirred and she insisted that I was incorrect. After trying to explain to her yet again and again I finally got tired of arguing with her and said "I cannot believe your arguing with a customer. I will not be ever coming back to your location again." To which she replied "ok" in the middle of me speaking. The finish of my statement was "and I'll be calling corporate to discuss this" once again she replied "okay."I cannot find the corporate number right now while driving so I'm starting here. I hope that manager can learn to lead a better example for her employees. Considering I've worked for dunkin, from decorating donuts to store manager and even training franchisees, i know it is incredibly unprofessional and not dunkin standard at all.

Looking at the reviews it’s seems the owner couldn’t care less about the service there. It’d be great if certain employees didn’t pass off other drinks as the one you ordered. I’ve already corrected my drink several times & someone there that actually knows how to make the drink fixes it, yet it continues to happen ?♂️

Says they open at 4:30 and EVERYTIME I COME THEYRE NEVER OPEN!!! And the one time they were open on time they told me they couldn’t make any iced coffees only hot. Here I am again at 4;51. CLOSED. AND I CAN SEE MY ORDER ON THE FREAKINGSCREEN!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Just dealt with the most rude impatient incompetent woman I have ever come across. I asked for an iced latte with a shot of coconut and she hands me a drink with sugar mistakes happen I totally understand I tell her this has sugar and I don’t want sugar and she has the other employee add MORE sugar I tell her no sugar and she keeps saying it has it and threw a fit and started giving me attitude and walked away without listening to me and making me another latte with sugar. She spoke and understood English but did not want to take one second of her day to LISTEN to what I was saying. Mind you it’s 11am there’s no cars behind me and my order is one simple iced latte. Another employee had to intervene to whom I explained how I wanted my drink. I took whatever they gave me but I will never go back there again. She didn’t give me a receipt so I don’t have the name of the employee but she was a Latin lady with glasses who is in serious need of training and an attitude check. She needs to get fired before she destroys the reputation of this business.Edit: seems like other reviews are also complaining about the same employee at the drive thru and management/ownership has done nothing about this.
