Had rec'd the Covid shots a week before, and had to return with showed up for an appt for pneumonia vaccine 1 wk later. They seemingly had rec'd but had not logged or entered the vaccines in the computer. I told them that I will return but they had insist I wait since it will take long. It did take long, and I was not I was disappointed told the my Medicare does not cover my pneumonia vaccine. A darn Lie since it was verified a wk before that it was covered, when I was given the appointment to return. The Pharmacistthen repeatedly mention that they are busy and short or understaffed; but no apology was given or any reference was made to the Lie given about my insur Not coveraging the pneumonia vaccine. I am not anyone's Fool, and I want and need your staff to know that. I have been going to That CVS for a while now with no problems,

Literally so chaotic to just pick up a prescription. Everyone seems so lost and unprofessional. Legitimately takes 15 minutes to just tell them you’re here to pick up a prescription that has been allegedly ready for hours. All their prescriptions are just stuffed into bins and not even by alphabetical order.

Today I had a positive experience at CVS located at 6890 Miramar Parkway. Items were located easily , store was clean and Associates were pleasant and helpful. At check out I was assisted in using all my coupons and benefits and I noticed how the Cashier patiently assisted some elderly customers to do the same. When the check out line became a bit slow because of assisting the elderly, the manager came out of his office and offered to check persons who were not using cash. I was truly impressed by his actions. Excellent service. Thank you CVS staff.

This was my first time visiting this location and I was not disappointed, it was very clean and organized. A lovely lady that works there named Thamara assisted me with my purchase. She was very nice and helpful. CVS is lucky to have such an amazing staff member. I left a happy customer.

My local pharmacy for well over 5 years and I’m very grateful for their amazing staff. Swift service and welcoming smiles. No question is ever a bother and they’re very good with communicating the status of medication to be filled or in need of fulfillment. I commend each associate for the long aching hours on their feet to serve our seniors and local residents with required medication. During the peak of CoVID they shined through the process and didn’t make me or any customer feel like we were an infectious disease that couldn’t approach the counter. The staff with seniority are profoundly pleasant just as they were in my initial introduction. I must take this moment to acknowledge Dr. Sheree, KarenBrenda, Andrea, David , Zachery and Dylan.Felicia went out her way to help me find a personal item. She is the most kindest associate ever for taking her working hours to aid me and my reckless error. Five people working behind the counter, and one line going to the front of the store! You should have one line just for pickup’s and people don’t have to wait in line with everyone dropping of prescriptions and who have questions! This is the worse 45 minutes to pick up a prescription with five people behind the counter the worst experience ever!!

Giving this CVS a one star rating is too much. I was waiting for a cashier at the counter. The woman stocking items came over after a while. A lady walked up to another part of the counter. The cashier told me to go to self checkout. I said I do not want to use self checkout. She was helping the other lady and I told her I was there first. She rudely said you will have to wait. I do not know who was here first but this lady is in front of me at this counter. I put the items I was going to buy back and walked out of the store. This store is not clean and has rude and inexperienced cashiers. I will never go there again!
