Need better customer care. Every store you go to want THEIR CUSTOMERS to scan and bag their own items

This was my first time visiting this location and I was not disappointed, it was very clean and organized. A lovely lady that works there named Thamara assisted me with my purchase. She was very nice and helpful. CVS is lucky to have such an amazing staff member. I left a happy customer.

I don't believe I stopped in the location I was just on the outside, so I can't really make an honest opinion.
