The self-payment process using the payment machines in CVS Pharmacy is very simple. I love it because you don't have to wait in line and it's very easy and fast to pay.

Has to be one of the worst CVS that I have been to. It’s 11am on Saturday. No sales paper all the yellow signs down. I have no clue what’s on sale or any special prices. This happens every week. I will go to Walgreens where I know the price before I buy it.

HORRIBLE experience trying to take a baby passport picture. The useless lady said “I WISH THE DAD WAS HERE”, this is mom, and I said WHAT ARE YOU SAYING? I’M HER MOTHER, and she said “DAD WOULD BE STRONGER TO HOLD HER” OMG ? ????

The pharmacy staff is unprofessional. I was there Saturday morning. I approached the lady at the pharmacy counter and I asked her if the pharmacist was on site. And she did a weird face. Saying yes mam why wouldn’t she. And the other unprofessional (pharmacist) was saying. Obviously if I was not here the pharmacy would’ve not been open. With a smart remark. Totally unprofessional and rude. The other lady barely spoke English. And I complained to the manager and she told me that was not the first complaint she received of the pharmacy staff. Save the trouble and go elsewhere. If you don’t know how to deal with the customers stay home. And don’t be incompetent to the public.

Terrible.. Actually, TERRIBLE!!! I had to change the prescription to a different pharmacy because after multiple attempts and going to another near by CVS, I couldn't get the medication. And I had to call there because the insurance had already paid them before I pick it up. I will never use CVS again...
