Absolute WORST pharmacy. Never let you know when something is out of stock. Just let you order it and show up expecting your prescription. Happens EVERY MONTH

Bad pharmacy services. They are calling to pick up your medication and when you get there, you have wait for more than 30mns again for them to prepare the medication.Or they told you to come back to get the rest because they are lazy.Unfortunately it’s this one is the closest location.Smh

This has to be the worst service that is ever received. The pharmacy tech Dajanee screamed at me when I ask for a receipt. She failed to give me a receipt so I drove back around and asked hr for a receipt. She proceeded to yell on the top of her voice at me saying " didn't I tell you to wait. What the hell! " she was extremely ghetto, unprofessional. She should never have a job working with people, especially ones that are sick. I am very sick. It too alot just to drive to pickup my medicine. The pharmacist give me my receipt, but didn't even apologize!!

Pharmacy Tech Dejanae is Rude and very Unprofessional and does not represent Cvs in positive aspect. The pharmacy manger Ogenna Omenugha should not have employed this incompetent pharmacy tech. Came in to the store and the system was down which is understandable. The other young lady working with her was more pleasant but Dejanae was laughing at a guy at the drive through stating that she already told him the system was down. This is someone’s medicine i don't see anything funny about that . Corporate please take action

Pharmacy is the worse. Customer service is horrible. They always make you feel as if you’re an inconvenience. I’ve given them business due to how close it is to my house, but no more ✌?

Horrible customer service. This is a joke. I work at a providers office and I have spent all morning trying to get in contact with them. "Katherine" has answered multiple times, left me on hold for long periods of time only to answer and hang up. Later for me to call and she pick up the line laughing only to put it on hold. Unacceptable. I will be contacting CVS coorporate and advising my patients to go elsewhere.

The pharmacy staff needs to be more efficient filling out prescriptions. 2 hours after the prescription was dropped off , and still they haven't filled the prescription. Now we have to wait another 30-40 minutes! Ridiculous

This place…. They pick-up the phone if you call and hang up on you. They are rude and act like you’re bothering them when you ask for information. I’m extremely kind and easy going and I recognize, there are a lot of other places close by to give my money to that will provide great customer service. Spend elsewhere.

The absolute worst pharmacy location in America you can be in the drive thru for up to an hour just to pick up medication.

I waited in the pickup line and it was short. I’m only putting 5 stars because of the lady at the register (Monique) was super nice and made my trip way easier

Carla, pharmacy tech - checking your watch for messages WHILE a customer is providing personal pertinent information to pick up their medication is unprofessional, unacceptable and disrespectful. Requesting a customer repeat the information 3 times - how DARE we interrupt your focus on the text you just received?!Customers visiting the pharmacy require medications that are a crucial necessity and should be handled responsibly - clearly by your actions you are incapablePharmacist - you should be aware of your staffs interactions or lack thereof with customers, you don't greet, speak or acknowledge customers either - clearly your staff follows your example - customers are secondary and a nuisance - not just one customers perceptionCVS prove you care about customers - not just the insurance monies - is your staff emulating your policies?!

Won't stop leaving harassing voicemails about picking up prescriptions that we don't want. Even blocked their number but they keep sending unwanted voicemails
