Shop here every once In a while for a couple items. Could be more organized but I think that's a CVS thing as far as layout. Always use the checkout lanes. Employees almost never greet you.

Pharmacy Garbage!! I am a reasonable person but this is ridiculous. Came to the dentist next door and they insisted I use this CVS so I'm able to get the meds quicker as my son was having his wisdom teeth pulled. They said come back before 1:30. Was in line at 12:35. Few cars I front of me. They closed in my face @1:30 after being in the line for 55 min. I was unable to get off bc my kid was bleeding from his surgery. Horrible cust serv. If the cars are in line they should be seen, don't let us wait for whatever amt of time and then close. No excuse for terrible service. COVID, computers, whatever

Empecé con esta farmacia hace unos días por el seguro. Cdo recogí los medicamentos al salir faltaba uno y nada me habían dicho. Cuando lo reclamé con el mismo señor que me atendió me dijo que lo recogiera al día siguiente 11am,al día siguiente miércoles 25 llamé 11 y 30 de la mañana y me dijeron fuera hoy a las 11 que no hacía falta llamar, cdo fui hoy me dicen no lo había. Cdo pregunté si podía ir a otro cvs me dijeron q que sí, que todos se conectaban pero ni llamó a otro a ver si tenían. De ahí fui a la farmacia del target cercana, había el medicamento y en media hora ya lo obtuve

Very long wait times. I had an appointment for Covid Test, I arrived 5 minutes earlier and only 5 cars in line. 45 minutes later, I still had 3 cars in front of me.

The store itself is clean and well organized. If you're here to buy cosmetics, toiletries, OTC vitamins&supplements ect, don't forget register your phone number and type it in the little coupon machine that they have inside the store. This coupon machine have saved me a lot of $ lol As for the pharmacy, I truly and completely understand the wait - it is not their fault as they are really understaffed. I had to pick up a prescription once and I only saw 1 pharmacist and 1 technician for the whole pharmacy. Despite everything the technician was still really nice. If time permits on your behalf, i do recommend going here around 10-11am in the morning as the line is not that busy. They also offer PCR testing (via drive thru) just incase you need a test for your travels, just book an appointment on their website. I've come to this pharmacy for a few of the PCR tests that i needed and the results were released from as early as the same day as when I took the test to 48 hours later.

I walked in with my wife and 10 year old sister for some late night snacks. The worker proceeded to follow me around the entire store and watched me select EVERY. SINGLE . ITEM . once i got finished , i went to the self checkout since the employee followed me to the cash register and helped the first person in line. He finished helping the only other customer and stood behind me as i scanned every single item . At one point , i asked my wife and sister to go take back some candy and looked back to see him wat hing me. i asked him if i could help him and he said no and he was " just watching me " . He then stood next to me and continued to watch me. once i inserted the cash , he asked me to pay at the register instead of the self checkout so i tried cancelling the scanned items but it needed employee approval. he then said in front of my 10 year old sister " this sh*t is in f*cking spanish so i dont even know what button to f*cking press" once he figured it out he took the money and walked me to the cash register to pay. he then laughed when i handed him the money i gave him and said " bro this is fake " i work as a cashier and i had just withdrawn it from the babk so i knew it wasnt fake . i told him im a cashier and that the bill was real and to " put the marker on it " he then said he didnt know where it was when i could clearly see it in front of him. we went back and forth about the bill being fake and he called over a manager . the manager took one liok at it and said it was a real bill and he scoffed and said to look again and the manager told him yet again ut was real. he then proceeded to say " this bill is clearly fake he has a beard " to which the manager responded " its real just take the bill " he scoffed and gave me attitude until i was done . THIS PLACE SUCKS . DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

I was basically forced to use the self checkout because the two cashiers told me they were with other customers and it was going to be a while before they can ring up my items. I did the self checkout because I needed to get home soon.I started having trouble with the scanner and one of the cashiers had to help me, my reason for the bad review is because the cashier did give me attitude due to one of my items not being scanned correctly and she assumed I was going to just take it and go which wasn’t the case at all! I feel discriminated and disrespected.

This is the worse place to get covid test! Im waiting long in the drive thru and no one shows up to attend people waiting! It should not offer the covid test if dont know how to hsndle!

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Believe the reviews. They’re ridiculously unorganized. Was sent an email and text saying prescriptions were ready, arrived to the store and they told me I needed to come back and they would notify me when the meds were ready. They didn’t. And 3 days later, I went back after receiving another message stating they were ready, arrived and again, they did not have the medication ready. After nearly a week after being told my stuff is ready and 3 visits, I still don’t have my medication. This staff is a joke
