This is for the "manager' with the beard and skull hand tattoo. You want a thank you? Thank you for not listening when I told you that my phone number was not active. Thank you for not reading the message that stated that my number was off the account. Thank you for insisting that the message was about my automatic payment. Thank for FINALLY looking into my account to see that my phone was reported as stolen eventhough I had it with me. Thank you for doing your job and taking off the suspension that should not have been on my account in the first place. But most importantly thank you for referring me to the cricket customer service number because you refused to believe that someone had tried to do something shady to my account. I hope that all of these "thank you's" motivate you to get a job that you actually like.

Hated this store on Miramar Pkwy and palm Ave. They scammed me into getting a phone I thought was better for me. And lied about the other phone I wanted to get. They don't know how to be good people and be truthful. Don't come here unless your ready to get something you didn't go for. The guy and girl there were horrible. Didn't transfer anything for me and left the sim out. Again just horrible people.
