Same negative experiences as reported. On hold now for 45mins. Terrible how they treat already taxed families.

0 stars. Impossible to get my son’s enteral nutrition. I call at least 3 times a week and am on hold for at least 45 minutes every time. They give excuses every time for why I don’t have it yet.
