By far the worst brand I’ve ever been to. There are no tellers and the 4 bankers that do service that branch are dismissive and do not want to assist.

Waste of time. They cannot even accept deposits. Something simple like that. Useless. I waited for over 10 min without even a Hello just to hear that they cannot help me.

I recently opened a new account at Chase and am pleased to share my positive experience. Despite some negative comments I had read about the facility, I was pleased to find that the exceptional customer service I received was in line with the high standards I had expected. Andres Garcia, the representative I interacted with, was very professional and knowledgeable, and provided excellent guidance and recommendations. I was impressed with the efficiency and convenience they offer with the automated system. Overall, I would highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a positive banking experience.

Be careful, when offered a balance transfer promotion. I was clearly a victim of a "Bait and Switch" scheme. While attending other banking needs, the Bank Rep clearly stated they were offering a "Zero" balance transfer credit card, with "NO TRANSFER FEES". So much for my expectation of honest banking practice for a customer of 20 years+!!!! After receiving the promotion-I was advised the Maximum transfer amount allowed is $15,000 (which I was advised I had been approved for far more) and there was in fact a 3% transfer fee- higher than other offers I had received at other financial institutes. Be careful in reading the disclosure when applying for a balance transfer offer-due to their banking staff being deceptive in the application process. I guess it's time for me to do my banking elsewhere!!!!!!!

Very poor service. Walked in to the office, absolutely no customers inside, asked for walk in service and was told they do not take walk in customers and that the next availability would be next week to schedule an appointment. The employees are just sitting there, on Google, not doing anything at all. Wish I had that kind of job where you do nothing all day but still get paid.

Came in to deposit a check for rent. Asked the associate how long it would take to become available because if not I would cash it due to urgency. She said 2-3 days and once deposited surprise surprise I won’t have the money for 10 days absolutely ridiculous lack of knowledge from the associate. Yoli Valdivia tried to help and fix the associates blunder but it was too late, and the associate ran off to somewhere in the back.
