Just left from here I'm a business client . This is about the lady with the red hair and black glasses ,she needs to be fired... has the worst attitude an has no professionalism what's so ever... the bank manager needs to solve this issue . This isn't the first time having to deal with this woman... she is rude, lack the proper training as far as account relations an she profiles you....

Went inside to change my account type because they started charging me fees. Three people at the front desk doing nothing, yet told me to make an appointment, that the banker just started working. Will be closing all my accounts with them and going to TD Bank

So bad than even the customer service rep and the manager said I understand if you go to Chase. The best marketing tool other banks have is just how horrible BOFA is.

They called to cancel my appointment last minute or they told me to go and be patient whenever they have the time to serve me.. Making the anointment is to get things done in the time THEY offered they are available.. but they don't appreciate client's time. No wonder they have bad rating, the management of this bank is simply terrible and disrespectful to their clients....

Absolutely no customer service. 3rd time coming here and it's the same . 1st time to collect foreign exchange. Vault broken. 2nd time computer broken. No blameless apologize just excuses. OMG

The manager or supervisor very unprofessional. Please, management 1011- Don't talk about the customer with other employees in front of the customer assuming that the customer don't speak English2- if someone of.ur team already figured out away to solve the problem, congrat him/her don't feel hurt because was not you who came with a solution.3- if you get caught in situation #1 just apologize be humble don't try to explain your behavior. Deescalete the situation.

I wish I could give them zero stars. The customer was the worse I've experience ever. I felt like I was bothering the lady by asking for my money. Money was thrown at me, rude sarcastic comments and just unprofessional. I didn't get her name but honestly after seeing how they treated me, just get rid of the entire staff and close the branch altogether!!!!

Went to this location for a simple deposit. when i went in, there was one customer ahead of me. 30 minutes later i was still waiting. I was with my granddaughter was who had become very restless and agitated. one of the customers even tried to get the manager to help me, and was told there was only one teller available. I'm usually pretty reserved but i did tell the teller they shouldn't be opened if the can't accommodate their customers.

As you can see on the other comments stay away. I had a horrible experience, I was the only customer in this bank at one point and they told me I need a appointment. Seems like they don’t want to work stay away from this location.
