If I could give no star's I would. This place is garbage they seem to only have 2 people helping people with parts and checkout at the same time if more than 2 people even work here I would be shocked. And if that's not bad enough the ones that are working are so slow it's a miracle if you ever get what you need and get out.

I had a problem finding a warranty for a starter, and Ms. Carole provided excellent service & communication!!! She took the time to test the old starter & the new starter to ensure that it would fix the problem. Even took the time to go through hundreds of cars that I had listed under warranty that a previous clerk couldn't find. I'll definitely return to this store!

Manager Karen at this location is very rude and has zero customer service. She ended up screaming at my cousin when he asked her to call the other store to verify a receipt. She said she can’t do that. How can’t a manager not be able to call another store to verify a purchase from another AutoZone. She also stated call cooperate and that she doesn’t care.

Well, the store was awfully busy. Only 2 people were on duty. The lady was running the register and checking to see if items were in stock at the store. The young guy walked as if he did not want to be there. I was there for windshield wipers. After 20 minutes, it was my turn. She sends me to the wiper blade asle. Of course, I grabbed the wrong one. She went and grabbed the right one. The young man was already replacing wiper blades for another customer. I waited my turn. By the time he finished with the first lady. He stopped dragging his feet. He seemed more ready to work than before. Inside the store, his body language was we (customers) aggravating him. Once my wipers were replaced, I tipped him $5 as a token of thanks.
