I went to Fire Stone before this place and Fire Stone was asking for $550 to fix the leaking problem.”

“Alex is literally one of the most honest mechanics I know. He really takes the time to diagnose the issue and gives you honest opinion. I have been using the same mechanic for 10 years but he took the customer service level to a whole another level. I came in through a referral of my friend and he treated me like a family I was stressed and panic because I needed my car fix before I went to work he was patient and did all before 3 hours. I ask another mechanic and they said it would take a whole day and would have charged 3 times as much.”
“PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF GOD... Don't take car ANYWHERE BUT to Sonny's Tune & Lube. I've been to my share of dealerships and repair shops that swear up and down they are the best... and it's good that they believe in fairy tales.
There is absolutely nothing that Sonny or Cassandra cannot do, to take care of your auto. They are actually magicians that can perform magic. My wife is super critical when comes to her truck and then one day the truck had been making a strange sound under the hood. The Ford dealerships couldn't figure it out, other auto shops couldn't either... JUST one trip to Sonny's and now the truck purrs like a kitten. My wife is happy... which means im happy!!!
My Toyota C-HR is my baby and I won't let anybody even touch it if it's not Sonny's. I know that when I drive away, my car is 110% right and it's amazing the sincerity and honesty and integrity... it's beyond reproach. I don't usually write reviews but I just had to tell everyone about my positive experiences... don't make the mistakes I've made in the past... Just go to Sonnyy's and get it handled right the first time. I have no vested interest in Sonny's. I'm just amazed at the quality and value of their work!!! Thank you guys so much!!!!”

“I would give them a 20 star rating if I could. Carlos takes pride in his work. He asked what I used my truck for when I told him I hauled a large travel trailer he upgraded parts and showed me the parts, very satisfied.DO NOT go to University Dodge Ram unless you want to get screwed! They charged me $2,100 analysis fee to tell me they could not fix my truck, no parts or completely new transmission, all on back order with no estimate on availability. Carlos told me he could get everything he would need, and he did.”
“Best service ever.
They have the combination of towing and repair. The guys were able to tow my car after the flood in the middle of the night without keys, transferred it to the body shop and all the workers were very responsive and responsible, helping me with some suggestions and recommendations.
My flooded car was totaled by insurance and I came by with my new car to install the dash cam, which was successfully done in short amount of time.

“I was looking for a good mechanic, and Gino definitely lived up to hype. My truck have been struggling to accelerate for over a year now and I've tried pretty much everything I saw on Google to fix the problem, but with no success.Without even looking at my truck, he asked me a couple questions about my car and explained to me right away what to do to fix the problem. My truck has never worked this well before. I am now driving a brand new car thanks to Gino.”
“I cannot express how pleased I am with the service I was provided! Dropped of my car with a busted gas tank. He did not have the part and had to order it. However, he was able to get it quickly and I had my car back in the evening!
I was also super impressed with how clean and organized the shop was and how professional and polite the employees were!

“Afternoon or Morning people. I had a little water leak that was very hard to determine from ware. So they decided it was the water pump.so I say let's do it and they proceeded to remove pump. Come to find out it was the pump. It was corroded on back side of it and O Ring seal shot out.this is why we couldn't find the source of leak. Long story Short. Replaced And Fixed. Good to Go now..”

“My tire was completely torn off of the rim and I could not get the special lug it off of my tire because the special key was stripped. A complete different tire company sent me to "Good Wear" because they too could not take my special lug nut off. I was told Good Wear specializes in these specific situations. I called Good Wear & they were super helpful, even though they were closing within 10mins once I called they still waited & helped me out. The gentleman was able to take off my lug nuts in 10mins of me getting my car towed there. They were extremely professional. I will definitely come back if I ever have an issue my with tires/lug nuts & absolutely will recommend them. I loved that I was in & out.”
“I took my BMW to this business to take care of a engine coolant leak and it turned out to be a minor fix. Brian took care of it and to my surprise he didn’t want to charge me a penny for it since it was just a clamp replacement. This wasn’t a big deal to him but it sure was for me. “I wrote a review and the owner totally misconstrued what was said. I’ll start again…the workers are always pleasant, the manager knows that place inside and out and will take great care of you. Their hours are convenient, even on weekends and holidays, they are open later, and more often than any other place that I am aware of. Sometimes words and tone can be taken out of context, but it does not overshadow the hard work and great care that is provided here. Despite a misunderstanding that was rectified immediately by the manager, I still believe that this is a great place for service. A star was removed because of the initial interaction on this day, but I believe we got off on the wrong foot. I would still recommend them, been going here for years and will continue.”
“The manager and the techs at this place saved our trip today to the Keys for me and my family heading on vacation. Had two fairly new tires go down on the turnpike and we stopped in and explained our situation. The Manager had one his techs jump right on our issue and solved our problems in under 30 minutes despite their bays being nearly full. Thank you guys for the fantastic service you provided.
