“The one reason that encourages me to continue to renew my lease at The Avenue is the management team. Yes, the amenities are nice, the apartments are OK, and the gym needs work. But Nick from the leasing office, Lauren from property management, and Andy, Nick, Kenny, and Eddy from the maintenance team go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, heard, and taken care of. You request fumigation, and they promptly come. If something breaks, they make sure to show up as soon as possible. An appliance is acting out? They replace it with a brand-new one. At The Avenue, they know you by your name and are ready to embrace you from the moment you walk into the leasing office and then continue to happily assist you throughout your entire stay. You may find similar amenities for slightly more affordable prices elsewhere, but I dare you to find such dedicated people running your complex. Maintenance-wise, the person who I resort to the most is Andy — who is absolutely fantastic and makes things happen — and prior to him, my guy was Brandon, who I used to call “Thanksgiving in a human form.” The place is also very quiet, no crazy parties and horrible neighbors, and they treat your pets like family with treats in the clubhouse and all! We are 5 min from FLL International Airport, 25 min from Ft Lauderdale Downtown, and 30 min from Miami. I definitely recommend The Avenue at Davie!”
“Clara was amazing at helping us find the perfect fit for my college student who needed off campus housing. Our first housing option was not a good fit which left us scrambling to find new housing and Clara could see we were stressed and helped to assure us that this would be a safe fit for our daughter.”

“I just recently move in. Natalie Ortiz from the office was exceptional—she was very helpful, easy to communicate with, and ensured a smooth leasing process from start to finish. The apartment itself is quite nice and meets my expectations. However, one minor issue is that the elevators are frequently out of service. It's not a major problem if you're okay with taking the stairs. Overall, pretty nice place.”

The other staff, Leasing Rep, Gloria, Assistant Mgr, Nancy, and Property Mgr Tanya, were all so personable, friendly, and genuinely took an interest in ensuring that I was enjoying my apt. All were very professional and provided excellent customer service. The property manager ensured that all of my kitchen appliances were upgraded as the apt had older models. I was so blown away by that and appreciate her for doing this!! Thank you again, Tanya! The property grounds are well kept, and the community is diverse, peaceful, and quiet. The asthetics of the bldg are very nice as well. The amenities are great, and the location is central to I75, the turnpike, malls, movies, restaurants, etc. I made a great decision moving here, and I would highly recommend this place as a place to live!”

“The staff at Walden pond has been nothing short of amazing . I’ve been in the market for an affordable apartment for months and have failed epically . From the time I called the property the receptionist set me up with an appointment to come fill out an application . Lindy and Mara assisted me every step of the way and has made my stay here remarkable and unforgettable. Also the maintenance team is nothing short of amazing , very efficient and fast when it comes to maintenance repairs whether large or small they handle it effortlessly. The pools are usually nice but they sometimes have iguana/duck poop in them and they don't leave out a skimmer for the residents to deal with that. Make of that what you will.”
