So glad I got referred here from my go-to mechanic shop. This place is the 2nd place I had to take my car after horrible repair work following an accident. They were able to troubleshoot and find all the issues wrong with my car AFTER the original repair shop said everything was fine (as my trunk is flooding with water). They went above and beyond to make sure everything was top notch before saying it was all fixed and I am so happy I came here. Thank you again for all the help getting my car fixed. Elijah was awesome and definitely will come back if I have any other repairs that are needed in the future.

Elijah and everyone else at All American took great care of my car as they repaired a large dent on its hood. The service was quick and affordable and Elijah was very helpful and patient when explaining the costs and timeline. Highly recommend!

I would like to tell everyone about All American Auto Collision. When I brought my car to them I hated it. That car was my baby. The front end of the car was messed up. Half of The Grille was missing. The bumper, and the fender was dented, and I do mean bad. The entire passenger side was smashed in. There was absolutely no way my Lexus F Sport IS 350 was going to look good again. But when you put your car under the care of Claudia, and Elijah miracles do happen. They made my car look like it just stepped off the showroom floor. I absolutely could not believe it. They did an amazing job. I mean hands down. This is the only place i know where they care about doing the absolute best job. If you need a place to repair your car. COME HERE. Don’t be upset if you go somewhere else, and it doesn’t look like it’s right off the Showroom floor. Don’t waste your time with others come here. The entire staff treats you like family. But I can’t Say enough about Claudia, and Elijah. They are AMAZING. Elijah is just a really good human being. He’s a man of principles, and he will go above and beyond for you. PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER-BE AWARE. Horrible customer services. I went to get an estimate on my father’s damaged car. Elijah told us that it would be ready in a week “1st lie” he asked us to drop it off on a Monday and pay a $1000 deposit, so we did. On Friday 5 days after the car being drop off my father drove by and sees his car at the same place where he parked it. Monday we called Elijah, and he tells me that it will be fixed by Thursday “2nd lie” On Thursday my father drives to the place and sees that the car was not worked on.(10 days the car in the same place) we decided to not deal with that kind of unprofessionalism. Not even a call to let us know that the car was not fixed. This is after 10 days of renting a car and paying a deposit of a which it was not fully payed back. I would advise to the next customer to not get your car fixed there. Not professional and honest work at all. In this case an elderly couple was abused and stolen of their deposit.if I could give a -star, I would of used that.
