It almost makes no sense to say how bad, dishonest and shady these people are! Read the reviews they suck! These are the people who give used car salesman a bad name! Wish I could give zero stars! Lied about the year and that the van was never damaged! Even had 2 fake buyers appear interested in a van we were looking at! Lied on facebook marketplace…..lied about how much, they the year, lied about major damage, about having 2 keys….steer clear!

DO NOT TRUST FERNANDO AND DO NOT TRUST KERBY DO NOT TRUST NOBODY IN THAT DEALERSHIP NONE OF THOSE CARS ARE GOOD
THEY LITERALLY SOLD ME A CAR WITH NO COOLANT and a whole in one of the pipes that connects to my coolant 500$ to fix two weeks in THEIR ARE WAY BETTER DEALERSHIPS AROUND THE AREA DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT

Unfortunately, My father recently purchased a car here. They verbally told him one thing and then we realized after he signed paperwork it said something else. They robbed about $7000 from him. They are cheats and liars! If you want to work with honest people…. Don’t go here!!!!

Straight up the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a business in my life. Wild. If I could give negative stars I would. This “dealership” should be shut down. It is the epitome of Florida trash. Still waiting on this dealer to send me the information for my Tesla that I bought from them so that I can register it in NY. Car has been without plates for one month! So basically I have an expensive hunk of metal that I cannot drive because they’re too incompetent to register the car in NY which is the guarantee they gave me when I bought it as I did not want to have to travel back to Miami to solve this problem. I would say a class action lawsuit seems likely against this joke of a business.

They are scammers, everyone from the sellers to the owners, they sold a car to my dad, they took advantage of the fact that he had only been in this country for a short time, they made him sign the contract that they never gave him, supposedly they sent it to him by email, then a few days later we asked him for the contract to the bank and we realized that they had put 4000 dollars more in the contract and apart from that the car had a defective transmission and they told him that that was no longer his problem, do not waste your time and money here

A Luxury Autos in Hollywood Fl…Less than zero... These people scam you right in your face! The only reason my husband and I came here was because they sell work trucks/vans. They tell you one price then it is more expensive. We gave $4,500 down for a 2016 Ram pro master and got scammed out of getting our money back and continued to ask for more with total of $7,400 bc they made us pay for a used engine, claiming that it was sold as is…when the truck broke down not even two weeks since purchase. We bought it January 9th and the 11th we were back there so the mechanic could repair our AC /Engine which was gone/ damaged or in reality never worked. They are quick to take your $ get it financed and saying we signed papers as is/no warranty then David the sales person says no worries in 30 days anything happens you can bring it back.(never got it in writing ) How can anyone look at you straight in your face and lie through their teeth praying on poor hard working people who are trying to make a living buying a truck! Preying on people during a pandemic where most of us were left unemployed. Hence my poor husband has been trying to get off his feet and have his own business. Lying, cheaters that take your money and sell you trash vehicles that don’t even work/run safely nor properly! That truck nearly caught fire on the turnpike in Delray not even two weeks! We had the truck towed back to them whom we won’t hear back from till Monday. (We had to pay for tow) Wish we would have read the reviews... wish we had never come here. Please be warned.... horrible people preying on the desperate and the needy.

Honestly, I bought a Tesla that was supposedly worth 86,000 and was at the end of 99,000 miles. They helped me with the credit. It is appreciated because 3 stars, definitely a poorly focused service. It was closed, I went the next day to pay the plates and the money had to be seen in cash or debit. I did it. I was finally without work for a week because I took Uber when I had gone a week before and he responded to me only because he had problems with his credit. He didn't tell me. He paid attention to the plates and when he came to pick it up he told me that it would arrive within two days and it took almost a week. I almost didn't like that they don't take other people's work seriously. So just take care of you are going to buy a car If you depend on Uber or Lyft please make sure by asking the plates 1 week if they say it got to pass the month please make them sure that you need it at the end it should be ready in less than 3 days make sure when you buy it asked question If you need to pay something else or not. Because I received no explanation in ai get buying the car the plates were included. Or just go to another place to have your plates by yourself

This company does alot of fraud. NEVER SHOP HERE EVER! firstly the pigglet that works on the tag and titles is extremely rude and a liar who is not even a legal citizen as far as I know. Secondly, I paid over $15,000. for a car and received horrible service which took weeks to get a lien lifted off a car that has never been financed in the first place. They refused to lift the lien.They are true scammers.

Wow I should have read the reviews first. Let’s run this scummy dealership into the dirt. I paid 28k cash for a car. They told me the title was electronic. They made me believe I had purchased the car outright. I went to get my title from dmv and the dmv tells me there is a lien on my title. I called this dealership back. They are telling me the 28k I gave them did not include taxes and I owe them 6900+ in taxes saying I missed payments and they could repo the car. I have never leased a car in my life I always pay cash I was very adamant with them that I did not want to lease the car or make any payments we negotiated for a long time and finally agreed on 28k including taxes only thing I would pay for is the tag. I’m reporting them. EVERYONE REPORT THEM. THEY THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS AND HAVE BECOME BOLD. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! If anyone wants to do a class action lawsuit my name is Hezekiah amen on facebook

The car was flood damaged and had a rebuilt title. Please go to a real dealership!

DO NOT BUY CARS HERE ! Bought two vehicles from them and both vehicles have broken down in less than a year ! The original owner of this place is no longer with us ! I bought cars here for years !! Never ever have I had an issue until the original owner died. Not only are they making you put so much down but then they are towing your car and making you give them 5000 dollars if your even late one time on a payment. Becareful !!! They are thieves
